I've eaten here many times, I have their tortas which are huge and delicious! My friends got catering from here and I was blown away! So much food and so good! Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped at this food truck on our way home for a late lunch. My son ordered the 3 Quesabirria Tacos while I ordered the Loaded Fries with Adobada; all to go. The customer service was friendly, their recommendation to order the fries with adobada was welcome, their prices were reasonable, and the food finished quickly. I tried the quesabirria tacos, they were very tasty, and the consumée was nice. My son loved it. The Adobada was DELICIOUS! I'll go back there again for anything with that in it. My only mild complaint is that I asked for crispy fries and they weren't especially crispy, but that won't stop us from eating there again.

puras papas delicious food truck stop, I preferred these birria tacos and consome over the other red truck ,in my opinion , Torta was full of meat and was very filling , the 2birria Tamales were also loaded with birria meat on top, if you have room in your belly try a churro

Puras papas is such a gem! So glad we found this spot. The portion sizes for the price are excellent, it's really unusual these days to get a plate size that is reasonable for the price. 2 of us ate and got full for $25. The loaded fries were perfect, the perfect fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and large enough to hold all the toppings well. Quesabirria were great as well. They also included pickled carrots - the best I've had in awhile. The horchata for 4$ was huge. A little sweet for me but still great. Definitely will be back when we're in the area.

Everyone has their favorite Mexican food place. Puras papas is mine! It has everything, wonderful people, thank you Maria and Victoria. Outstanding food, not just good, outstanding. I'm working my way through the menu but it's hard to get past the birria. 3 fat tacos of delicious meat and don't skip the consomme, it's life changing. I like the plates with some salad and crema on the side, like the papas tacos, a perfect bite of hot and cold. Did I mention the price? A lot of delicious food for 10 or 12 bucks. Almost forgot, I judge most places by their salsa, gotta be tasty and deliver the heat. Puras papas does both. Puras papas does it all!

One of my fav food trucks! The mom/daughter duo is super efficient & always so helpful when I'm not sure what to order. All the food is so good, but my favs are their breakfast burrito (not pictured) and the loaded potato w/ birria or adobada. Best birria in San Marcos hands down!!!!

It’s a food truck with great food! The lady who took our order was very friendly and answered all of our questions.We ordered quesabirria and tacos al pastor. Food was delicious!!! Definitely recommend the quesabirria and the red salsa for that extra spicy kick!

I tried there Quesabirria Tacos with consomeIt was very delicious ? from the very first bite. Let me tell you about there Cabeza tacos, super juicy meat, very delicious just the right amount of cilantro/onion salsa verde was the right choice. Will definitely be back.Thank you
