I don't think there is ANYTHING the owner, Dave, doesn't know about apples and their cultivation. And it shows in his boutique selection of gourmet ciders. Just don't come expecting the usual twist on Angry Orchard as Ragey's options are the difference between Caciocavallo Podolico and Velveeta!
Best cider in all of Southern California. If you are into locally sourced natural ingredients, everything here is made with ingredients sourced in San Diego County, and the fermentation is all naturally occurring with the yeasts that exist on the skins of the fruit that's pressed. It is the most true to form, naturally created, alcohol that you can get. When you visit, you can see where it's all created and get to meet the people responsible for making it.

They really know what they're talking about and what they're doing. Loved the mulled cider. Lee was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Great conversation, tasty cider and a fun place.
