I like the food, it's real good... just dang expensive! 2 three piece meals "the caniac combo" was over 44 bucks! Get an extra sauce with your meal..

Incorrect order fulfillment. Lack of desire to satisfy by management. Won’t go back.

If you like unseasoned and dry chicken then this your place. The tenders are not much bigger than a chicken nugget. I think the breading is just flour. There is zero seasoning. To make things worse the chicken breast tender was dry. The sauce is average. The cole slaw is a dry cole slaw. The Texas toast was probably the best of the combo. The food is overpriced for what you get. The employee I was dealing with was good and helpful. but the shift manager was not. Would not recommend this location. Not sure if all Canes have this poor of quality.---------------------------------In response about me calling. Contact your shift manager at this location and ask about food pickup policies and his unwillingness to provide good customer service while the normal employee was trying to be helpful. Additionally, I am sure there is something this location can do to prevent dry and small chicken tenders.

Can't go wrong with this place! And when the staff makes an effort to remember your name, greet you as you walk through the door, and all the way down to remembering your order...that speaks volumes! Been here once a week for the past 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about the restaurant, it's food, the environment and it's staff.

It is a very good place to go to eat, the service is very good and the people who serve the customer are very friendly, especially for us Latinos who master the English language.Wheelchair accessibility: If there is wheelchair access

Food is fantastic, and the service as well. Only thing I would like changed is that the fries cooked alittle longer to make them browned and crispierParking: Nothing to say I e never had problems

The Vista Raising Cane's isn't that far from this one and that one actually always gives you EXTRA CRISPY chicken and EXTRA CRISPY fries when you ask for it unlike this San Marcos location. This Raising Cane's in San Marcos gives you SMALL chicken tenders with the batter falling off cause they didn't fry it for long enough. Or the chicken doesn't have any batter at all and it's just unseasoned chicken. The fries are soggy as well and they usually always taste frozen. Or they give you literally about less than a handful of fries EVERY TIME.The Texas toast is always unevenly cooked with some parts being undercooked, some overcooked and then a bit that's okay.GO TO THE Raising Cane's VISTA LOCATION. I try this place at least once a month to see if it has improved and NO IT HAS NOT.UPDATE: While eating this chicken in the picture it tastes frozen as well.UPDATE(02/08): Raising Cane's itself replied to this complaint and I went again today thinking maybe they fixed or addressed it to their management or at least their employees. No, they did not. Still exactly the same complaint as last time I went.At this point just go to the Vista location so this one closes down and something better can replace it ?
