Excellent Pizza. It's made well unlike Dominoes and such that has a bunch of teenagers that who knows what they do to the pizza . The man and woman who run this location are very friendly. Love their giant pizza.All the times that I ordered it, it's been great!

terrible customer service they will refuse to refund you if the food doesn’t taste good/isn’t right. me and my family purchased a large pizza that included olives. we always get olives. but this time it tasted old and rancid ! just not right at all. , i myself am not a picky eater but i couldn’t even finish a single bite of it. neither could my family. we had to take the whole thing back for a refund. i’ve bought pizza here multiple times no problem but the one time i have a problem they are uncooperative and VERY rude particularly the older man working there. It is even more concerning to find out that he’s hit customers in the past as i’m now seeing the reviews which isn’t very shocking after seeing his attitude and aggression. also makes sense to why they give u fake names ! not very professional ms Ladan and mr Cyrus! this place needs to be put out of business !! I strongly recommend ordering from a different restaurant unless you are willing to take the risk of receiving expired food without the possibility of a refund.

If you want authentic pizza from a small Italian family with great roots to the community this is it. It's old school. You order from the Mom who works the counter the husband delivers it. He knows me well now. Every large pizza gets a free liter of soda and my daughter literally asks for Rocco's pizza over all others.

I had a bad experience with my first visit and my last visit at this Rocco’s Pizza Deli.Linda and her husband Rocco ignored my presence when I walked inside their restaurant last Friday on June 2, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. This is the first time I received really bad customer service from a restaurant.I have always received great customer service from these restaurant owners in my hometown in Oceanside, CA. I was in San Marcos, CA that day because I had a doctors appointment at this medical office that was 2 blocks away from this restaurant.I deserved to be treated with respect and kindness but all I received was meanness and rude behavior from Linda and Rocco.These people are ignorant to operate their business in this way. Because great customer service is very important especially to a restaurant business. Without customers your going out of business soon.I was very angry and disappointed that I was mistreated by these business owners.I was hungry and I wanted to go to Starbucks Coffee Shop but it was too far away because I walked with my cane and I couldn’t walk anymore because my legs were sore and in pain. I still ordered one Turkey Sandwich on a submarine roll with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and mayonnaise and mustard. I was charged $6.00 by Linda. Then I bought a bag of potato chips and one bottle of water. Linda charged me $3.00 more so my total bill was $9.05. I paid my bill with my credit card account. I ate this Turkey Sandwich with my chips and this water outside after my doctors appointment was done on a picnic table at the end of this Quick Care Medical Center. This Turkey Sandwich tasted good . It was just this really poor customer service I had with Linda and Rocco that I made the decision to never go back and spend my money there again.I don’t care if your food tastes good because if there business owners treat me with no respect and are mean to me I refuse to eat there and I am not going to spend my money at their restaurant when I have a lot of other places to eat out at in San Marcos, CA.

Beat pizza in north county! Small family owned, have been around for a long time and their quality has stayed consistent throughout the years. Service is great and you never wait longer than 30 min. Their hot wings are also delicious!
