After my last review the manager reached out to me and offered me a voucher again, only this time I read what I need to do so I am updating my last review since it seem to have been a miscommunication issue. I look forward to going back to Sammy's Woodfired Pizza and Grill.

Always a must when you want healthy but delicious food. I love their pizzas.
They got rid of my favorite thing that was On the menu. I really don't like anything else. And it's just like going to any other restaurant nothing special. Drop this point I'd rather eat at home

Left onions on orders that were specifically no garlic and no onion because of allergies. I had to go up to the counter after seeing the order in the window and ask if it was ours. By the time we got it to our table, it was cold. Behind the corner I saw the staff on their phones and chatting. Everyone else besides the person with the allergy had eaten at that point. It took nearly an hour after we got sat for the dirty table next to us to be cleared, another wasn’t cleared by the time we left despite the people leaving when we got there (picture). They tried to blame it on a shift change during the service but, that was only the cooks. Additional wait staff came in but there was no change in the wait staff besides that.Dietary restrictions: Said they would note allergies (onions & garlic) then left raw onions on the various no onion dishes. Pretty much all meat except the hamburger/sliders were pre-seasoned. Considering they served it with raw onion, there is no way for us to tell if they followed the restrictions until we get sick.
