Got my order wrong. Did not seem real interested in fixing the proplem. Server took my credit card and failed to give me a receipt. Over all not a good experience.

Paid $5 for s small onion ring order. Revived exactly 5 onion rings - w of which were very small. Not worth 1$ each.
Hot dog was so overloaded worth condiments I had to push most off to even be able to eat.
Lids on fountain drinks don't fit

We ordered delivery tonight, and we didn't get what we ordered but what they decided to give us. My friend is a vegetarian and wound up with meat products. Even worse the food they gave us was old. Cold fried chicken sandwiches with soggy breading from sitting, cold chilli jalapeño tots, and two cold chilli dogs. We order grilled cheese and a double cheese burger.

The chicken in my chicken wrap was raw in the middle. They were out of corn dogs?!?Didn’t even make the slushy right. Bad location.

Order ahead is useless.

You can arrive on time, they'll tell you it's on it's way 3 min later, then give you the food 10 min later after that.

I'm guessing they just push the "ready" button to stop the clock on how long it took them to make the order. But then there's no button to stop the drive-through clock so they'll clear out the drive through first if they can then send someone out with your order.

After the screen said my order was on it's way, 6 drive through cars were taken care of first before someone came out with my order.

first and last time ...i set in the parking lot for about 10mins plus after pushing the button. and nobody come out or didn't see a sole and decided to leave got tired of waiting. decided yo L&L Hawaiian food around the corner for great food. i will never return to set in the parking lot of a restaurant. dont understand why they did have inside dinning.. joke

If a site wants people to give reviews about places, they need to make it to where we either can write a review without having to give any stars or make a "0 stars" option. From what I saw, 98% of the reviews about this place are negative and all of the experiences are the same. For us to have to give this place "1 star" is doing this place too much justice and it's why they have a 3.whatever b.s. rating score.
My husband and I were stopped at a light across from Sonic.He asked me if I've ever eaten there & I said nope, never wanted to. He starts telling me how great the burgers and shakes are. That's his way of letting me know when he wants something so I pulled in. We get up to the menu board and he asked me what kind of shakes they have. Read em all off he picked caramel. Irl over speaker asks for our order. Just a minute .What size? He said large. At the same time I'm saying a large caramel shake, my eyes scanned the menu to the price "7.99 FOR A FKNG SHAKE? ARE YOU FKNG SERIOUS?" Neither the girl or my husband said anything. Then, they have a sign sticking out of the top of the menu board hat has 5 menu items supposedly for $1.99 each

Ordered cream slushes with whip cream ... brought milkshakes with whip cream and when asked why the cream slush didn't have whip cream was told unfortunately not available YET did for milkshakes.. Rude young man and should have offered to fix drinks!! He was tipped very well for 4 drinks!! Very disappointed!! Please train these young people to listen to the orders, and ask if they don't understand.

Came here once when I first moved to town and it was so ungodly slow I swore I’d never come back. Wife is pregnant and was craving a shake so came again. One car in front of me in drive thru that ordered two limeades. I ordered a shake and a Coke. I have been here for over 25 minutes and am still waiting. My six year old son could prep what I or the person in front of me ordered quicker.

Pretty sure there was only one maybe two people working the other day. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait before we ordered. We ended up leaving. The employee was very nice about it and apologetic but sonic definitely isn't worth waiting that long.

Ordered on line and stall screen showed my order was in. Have been waiting over 30 min for 3 soft drinks and 1 slush. Pressed button and girl said they have not rec’d. Terrible wait.
