They served us OLD COLD GROSS chicken bites. I love Sonic chicken bites. These were not those.
The corn dogs were fresh and yummy but they were out of mustard.
BTW they won't give you a complementary glass of water.

First time giving Sonic a try and I have been waiting in the line for over 10 minutes and no one has helped us. I left, horrible service As we were leaving i notice that this worker wasn't even doing her job, she was bringing food out to a homeless person - I am all for helping out the needy but do your job on top of helping others.

The crew here are the friendliest out of any Sonic I've ever been to. Taylor, Edwin and another young Latino male went out of their way to really make my day. I was struggling and their kindness was just super refreshing. Thanks for helping me guys and the food was solid too.

What a joke. They took out half the self order booths and lessened staff. Nobody wants to wait 15 to 20 min for over priced sub par food. This location seems like it may be on its way to closure with all their massive cuts

we pulled into a spot at 8:45pm on wednesday night. there are maybe 4-5 other cars here TOTAL including the drive thru…10 minutes AFTER pressing the button, no one has taken our order or said anything at all. so we pull into the drive thru, they take our order a few moments later but they tell us their “shake machine isn’t working” !! what is this? mcdonald’s?? honestly just an overall ridiculous experience, won’t be coming back to this location

I recently visited Sonic and had a very disappointing experience. I waited for about 10 minutes in the self-order spot without any response, even after pressing the button several times. After that, I decided to go through the drive-thru, where I waited another 10 minutes, and despite there being no line, the people behind us were served first.

When we finally received our milkshakes, they were warm, which was incredibly surprising. I honestly can't understand how that happens. Thankfully, the person who assisted with the refund was friendly and helpful, making the process easy. I ended up going to Dairy Queen instead, which was a much better choice. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Sonic location based on my experience. Maybe they were having a bad day, this was my first bad experience there unfortunately.

Went for dinner a few nights ago and wasn’t too bad of a line and the food was good they did seem a bit short Staffed but the workers were working so hard and food tasted yummy will be backkk
