I went in to pick up an online order for my work and they were ready but not in cup holders. Given that it was just me picking them up I tried asking for them with the girl closest to the register. Irene ignored every one of my attempts to get her attention. She went on getting her drinks ready. I understand they are busy but an acknowledgment would have been nice like “be right with you or one sec”. I just stood there in her view waiting for her to pay me attention since she was not acknowledging me. I asked for bags since it was a lot of drinks and easier for me to carry but she flew 2 of their smallest bags at my direction. Her conduct was very rude and it made me not want to go there ever again.

I like the quick and friendly service at this location. There's a nice seating area inside and out. I usually stop here 10pm at night tho. So not sure about the morning crews. But at night past 9pm till close it's Hella chill. Drive through busy but it keeps moving. I recommend this location after 9pm

My girlfriend loves this spot because she is a student at CSUSM and it’s the only Starbucks open late. All the staff are hardworking, welcoming, and empathetic — just like my girlfriend.
Wish it had a dine in. Service could be better. Other than that the drinks are quite nice.

I travel through California for work and informed her of the 17+ Starbucks I frequent from NorCal to SoCal, this is the first time I’ve been informed of the “policy”
If she’s going to make stuff up, maybe at least have it be something worth the hassle. I had already paid and my drinks were ready but she wouldn’t give me the drinks until I put out the cigar.
