Lady in drive through said “you can’t smoke in drive through”

I travel through California for work and informed her of the 17+ Starbucks I frequent from NorCal to SoCal, this is the first time I’ve been informed of the “policy”

If she’s going to make stuff up, maybe at least have it be something worth the hassle. I had already paid and my drinks were ready but she wouldn’t give me the drinks until I put out the cigar.

This review is meant for Lyla one of the person who took my order. She was giving me an attitude regarding me wanting a dragon fruit refresher. I asked my siginificant other if he wanted it lemonade or regular so i told her regular. And she gave me the stare saying “dragon fruit refresher with water”

And then i asked for the summer sky which comes with coconut milk already and she said what type of summer sky, and suggested water, coconut milk and other alternatives. She made things confusing

I love the people and the services here and this one is just mind blowing I never seen someone giving me an attitude.

I hope you guys will have a better experience when you encounter her that is all I will say

Well normally it's a great experience but they must have a new cash policy because when taking cash I was told we're not rich like you and I had to pay with my card ! , Real rude so be aware of this when visiting the establishment everyone incase your cash heavy! , Be well !

Wow! I ordered the eggs & cheddar protein box. The grapes were all shriveled up & gross. Omg. Never happened before. London Fog Tea was fine though.

Had to park over by Jr. But when we got to the counter we got acknowledged right way, everyone was very attentive and friendly did not took long to get our food and drinks.
