Went on a little breakfast date with my 3 year old and the staff was so nice. There was a little extra strawberry foam from my strawberry matcha latte which was a nice treat for my son. Thank you to the employees! It was busy too!

This location has very incompetent staff, I have to ask for everything twice and everything is placed out of reach or customers like we are children. Sriracha is behind the counter along with straws. They put out food orders right next to the register and if there is a line it's impossible to reach it! Staff are young and inexperienced, location is hard to get to with limited parking and should be avoided!

Ridiculously slow. When your coffee is done, you don’t know it because the workers are too quiet and can’t speak up. Numerous complaints heard while I was waiting 20 minutes for a simple coffee with cream.

Today, as a frequent customer at Starbucks, I witnessed a situation that made me very uncomfortable. The store was busy as usual, and I observed a manger named RUBY shouting at a male employee, saying some hurtful things to him in front of myself and other customers. Her behavior was uncalled for, and I could tell that the male employee was visibly affected, almost to the point of becoming emotional.

The way she put him on the spot and shouted at him was shocking, and her loud outburst caught me off guard. I truly believe no employee should be treated this way, especially in a public setting. Despite the verbal mistreatment, the male employee continued to provide service with a smile. When I asked him if he was okay, he thanked me for asking, but I could tell he wasn’t.

It’s concerning that someone would be so rude and unprofessional, and I believe that this kind of behavior should be addressed. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me regarding this incident, as no one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner. I will not be returning to a store like that until it’s resolved
