Trinity has a nasty attitude I come here about twice a day. I believe she's new she clearly got upset when I asked her about the Matcha that was supposed to be in my foam rather than my drink. I literally come here every day, but this girl has the worst attitude ever and the gentleman said I can keep the drink that was made wrongfully. I was holding it in my hand, and after she gave me attitude remade the drink, she snatched the other cup for my hand, and said I can take that when I had no concern, I was gonna toss it out regardless but the gentleman is cleaning and he said it's OK. You can hold onto it and I felt bad tossing it out while he was just cleaning the countertops completely rude.

Starbucks is OVERRATED, OVERPRICED, and UNDERWHELMING. This is low quality coffee and any real coffee lover knows this coffee is trash, artificial, and disingenuous. I would go to 5-10 places before I would go to Starbucks. This location has been historically bad, we have ordered ahead here for convenience, expecting a decent coffee, not great. Instead, we get this watered-down monstrosity that is not even drinkable and a waste of time and money, to the point we went somewhere else for coffee! I highly denounce Starbucks and think it should be discontinued until they learn how to make true coffee.

This is usually a good starbucks. However, their hours are awful. Checked online for the hours, which said they were open until 630. Got here to see a sign on the door that they closed at 2?! Online hours need to reflect actual hours.
