Don't order on the app, I've had three occasions now that I'll order something on the app then get told in person that they can't make it at this starbucks. Save your time and money and order in person or go to the starbucks across the street.

Drinks are always great! Speedy service and great people! Sam always handles my drink orders super well despite their complexity and slays everytime! My favorite location !!!!

You guys really need to speed up the pace. Black coffee should be ready at all times. A trainee should not be working when the line is backing up to the library. People have class and things to do speed it up

It is unfortunate if this Starbucks only hires students. I went yesterday and there was THREE barista. There was not a line, maybe three of us waiting. ONLY ONE barista was slowly working on the drinks. While one of them was chatting with someone who was on break or just wen to visit them. Cashier was just chatting away. I got my drink, then I had to wait another 5 min for my other drink cause they were were chatting away. This is the slowest college Starbucks location, they have to be faster. I go to other Starbucks locations and they are rushing through. Either management needs to work on being closer eye on these students or they need to hire outside of campus. No offense on students, but work is work. Business is business.

If I could rate this lower, I would. I went in at about 5:15pm. Tell me WHY I didn't get my order until 5:40pm? Not only that, they just up and forgot to make my drink that I had already paid for. One of the employees was loudly complaining about the line. Of course there's a line. Classes just let out and there's more coming onto campus. I feel bad for those future supervisors when these student-employees get jobs pertaining to their degrees...

Everytime I come here it is super busy, but for some reason there is only ONE cashier working. The line takes forever to even get up to that cashier to place my order and then I wait again forever to get what I ordered. I see people getting frustrated of waiting in line and alot of the customers are leaving.

When I made my order the barista told me that they will call my name when my drink is ready. While waiting for my order, I noticed that there was a cup sitting in the front counter. The staff kept calling everyone’ name but mine. It turned out that the drink in the front counter was my drink. Very poor customer service.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I usually go to Starbucks everyday so I've seen a lot. However, this one is the worst with customer service, time management, and hours they are open. This place should be replaced with a coffee bean or something. Never going there again.

Ordered a hot chocolate with total 9 pump of chocolate syrup. Got steamed milk with 8 pump of mocha and it was not mixed. All the syrup was sitting on the bottom and milk on top. Ask not to have whipped cream, got a load of it floating on my drink. Drink had no taste then on the bottom of the cup was like mud, all mocha syrup. Waste time and money.

If I could give it Zero Stars I would. The worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I went two days ago and they messed up my order and charged me for an item I did not order.

These guys try to squeeze every cent out of college students. If I order coffee replacing the classic syrup with sugar-free everywhere else it is the same price, here they up charge. They don't offer a receipt so you have to ask for one to find out your being ripped off. College kids hand no sense of financial accountability so they get away with it. I'll never use this location again as long as I am here.
