Great Starbucks, newly remodeled, great AC for the summer. Lots of indoor seating and a nice patio as well.
This location also has a drive-through.

I know everyone has been aware of the excessive amount of ice that Starbucks puts in their drinks. But it is seriously ridiculous that a $6 drink literally takes 2 swigs to be done, and ice is almost filled to the brim. Does anyone even go to starbucks anymore?

I really like this location. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. Quick service. Great location! I did see one thing that concerned me. A dog was allowed up on the counter where customers get their food and drinks. A barista fed the dog whipped cream while his slobber dropped on the counter and down the front of the counter. I did not see her wash her hands or disinfect the counter. The owner of the dog took a napkin and whipped the slobber lightly with a paper towel. After the dog left, a lady came up with a business suit on and got the whipped cream and slobber all over the front of her clothes. I hope this practice can be avoided in the future.

Matthew at the drive thru was so lovely. Even though we only exchanged pleasantries outside of my order his sweetness made my morning. The danish and pikes place were delicious.

They don’t make the drink quite the same here. Never tastes how it should. I’ll be going back to my original knoll road location moving forward.

Every 2 weeks we go to buy some frapuccinos for my children, everything is fine, the only thing I don't like is the smell of drainage and just today we came because my son needed the bathroom and they gave me like 6 numbers for the bathroom and it didn't work, my son ended up having an accident while I was taking him to another place and they were still angry for asking for the number, just say it more slowly!!?😡🤬😡😡

05/27/2024 12:46 pm. Hello. My family and I are regular customers here, and we typically use my account for purchases every day. However, today we encountered an issue when my husband was informed that there were no gluten-free options available. This came as a surprise, as I usually enjoy gluten-free drinks and food from your establishment daily. We were told that nothing on the menu could be made gluten-free, which we know is not accurate. The server seemed unwilling to assist us and this has left us feeling quite uncomfortable about continuing to dine here. We kindly request better education on handling allergies and improving customer service to ensure a more positive experience for all patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter. She didn't care or have any clue about gluten.
