I have been a frequent flyer of Starbucks for over a decade . . . And this is the first time I had a drink “for here” in a fancy glass! Not a paper cup! And my egg bites came with a plate - like, a real one! The staff here obviously goes the extra mile and very friendly. Check out my strawberry matcha in the photo!!

I heard from a worker about an incident that occurred at this location. Apparently, a supervisor was yelling, cornering, and taking objects out of an employees hands. I'm sadden to hear about this, I hope they can fix this issue internally.

The interior was very calm and relaxing, though I will say the tables against the wall were a little tall compared to the height of the chair but better that than too short aye? The baristas very very nice and accommodating when I didn't have a smaller bill. Towards closing they offered a Strawberry Creme cake pop because they were gonna have to throw it away anyway and I was low-key thinking about trying it one day. But low-key the wifi was a little slow, not like snail slow but like walking in water slow.

This place always makes my drink perfect and it is always a pleasure going in there. I usually see jeanelle and she is always so helpful and personable. Shes a joy to see in the morning. Sarah and rachel sometimes take care of us too and they definitely know what theyre doing when it comes to the coffee.

I love coming here almost everyday before work. All of the workers are so nice and helpful especially jeanelle she is always so up beat and personable it really brightens our day. We also sometimes get helped by sarah and rachel theyre great. All of them know what theyre doing when it comes to coffee.

This is my go to coffee stop on the way to work. I usually order on my phone and go in and pick it up. Usually it's already done if I order at least 10 minutes ahead. I am there so often that they've started recognizing my name and order and are super friendly to me when I come in. I find it a special experience when baristas of a busy coffee shop right by a high school that's usually filled with students actually take the time to learn your name and remember you/your order! Plus one of the baristas will write a positive message on your drink cup when it's slow and it made my day so much better! Thank you for being on top of everything and being kind even when it's so busy!

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks , the service was trash . I asked for the caramel line cause they fought it and they gave me this with an attitude 😭 good thing I was able to get my money back because they didn’t want to remake my drink. I hope ms. AZZY has a better day.

My coffee was made half way full. I understand that the foam fills the cup but there has to be a way that the foam does not take more than 1/4.

I had orded a mocha with light ice but unfortunately didn't realize it didn't have light ice till I was about half way done with it. I asked for just a top off with coffee but Orin insisted I get a new drink made instead and remade it for me. Thank you so much Orin!!
