This was my third time going to this Starbucks location and everytime the workers at this location are non friendly but I’ve tried to overlook it assuming they’re just busy. However this last time I ordered on the app as I was on a time frame and needed to get my drink and go. When I went in no one assisted me for a solid 10 minutes. My drink was just sitting behind the counter and I could see my name. No one was helping me and again non professional and non efficient so I grabbed my drink and I was heading out the door without being helped or greeted a worker finally decided to address me by telling me not to grab my own drink again. Not to mention this locations drinks are terrible compare to other locations. If I could give this location and customer service a 0 I would. I’ll happen stick to other Starbucks locations.

This is a nice store. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of food choices. I just don't like their coffee. It's too bitter. But if you do, this is a pleasant spot to stop.Parking: Park in the rear, easy wheelchair access.

Ordered a hot drink at this location, it felt a bit light, opened it to find it not even full. Didn't want to bother going in to ask for it to be corrected, but if a customer pays a premium for a crafted coffee drink, I would at least expect to receive the full drink and not missing a quarter of it.

Poor service. I said "this tastes like a late not like a white mocha " to what she replied " well a white mocha is a late with some pumps ". ?!?!?! Exactly I said. Then she asked me if I wanted more "pumps" I said no she asked me if I wanted another one to what I replied "yes please ". We'll you would think they would make it right the 2nd time, we'll wrong The 2nd coffee was burnt and tasted bitter. It's hard to believe that next April this workers will get paid $20.00 dollars an hour for mediocre service

I come here every time I pass through and have great service up until today. I ordered inside and before I could pay for it the cashier walked off and began taking care of multiple other drinks and brewing more coffee,He came back to the register and had forgotten what I wanted. I reordered and then paid. I waited 10 minutes after that and it still wasn't ready. The next person in line was told to wait more too Apparently Mobile orders where nobody is there yet take priority over an actual waiting customer. My order somehow did not make the cue, while they were taking care of it it on the fly, I requested sugar packets which she said they would grab me some but after handing me my cappuccino she moved on to more important orders:-( I walked out

It's so frustrating when you order on the app and it shows that the store is open and your order will be ready. Then you drive all the way to the store and the store associate tells you that the store's closing time "recently" changed and that there's nothing that they can do. (Can't give us the order nor refund our order - told us to come back tomorrow for the drinks or a refund.) But wait..... the window operating hours haven't changed, the hours on the door haven't changed and the Starbucks app hours didn't change. (How could this be?? I guess I am in the wrong to expect the store to be open when it's supposed to be open!!!!)Of course the change in hours by the associate was conveyed with little to no empathy. Starbucks, you can do better!! #starbucks #customerservice #fail

It's Starbucks so you know what to expect. Only warning I have for people heading here is that the music is very loud and it is right by a high school. Not a great place to chill if you're trying to get work

I recently visited a Starbucks location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered my usual coffee, but when I received it, I realized that it was mostly foam and lacked the coffee I was expecting. So, I politely asked for more coffee to be added. To my surprise, the barista responded with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As a frequent customer of Starbucks, I was surprised and disappointed by this experience. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way the barista responded to my request for a correction was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness, especially when bringing up an issue with my order. While I appreciate the quality of coffee and service that Starbucks usually provides, this particular visit fell short of my expectations. I hope that the staff can work to improve their attitudes and communication skills in order to provide a better experience for customers in the future.

It's getting too expensive when a coffee ans sandwich and tip is over 15 dollars.

Would give zero stars if I could. I planned to work here all day off my laptop and the music was so loud playing inside and outside that you could barely hear the person standing next to you speaking. Also, in the mornings around 830am it's jam packed with high school kids because the school is across the street.

Somebody really needs to have a long talk with the employees at this location! My daughter's occasionally visit this location with teachers on field trips (from HTHNC) and every time there is a different employee that is extremely rude and degrading to the students. As a parent, I do not appreciate this and I find it extremely unnecessary that a paying customer, regardless of age, is treated with this amount of disrespect!! If someone wants to sweeten their drink no one should be telling them, "what do you want sugar for, your drink is sweet enough!"If students/teenagers are causing a scene or being disrespectful and need to be corrected by management or whomever, that's a different story. But my daughters and their friends have been well behaved and on walking feild trips with their school staff and they still get treated as a huge burden or annoyance. If you are easily irritated by student/teenagers then maybe working at a Starbucks in between 2 high schools is not the place for you!Seriously, something needs to be done here!!

Very convenient location off of Palomar airport Road and Rancho Santa Fe Road, lots of parking and a drive-thru.
