Great food and atmosphere!! Will be returning with my friends very soon!

If you are looking for a good burger in the area check out Sublime Alehouse. They ground their meat in house. They also make their buns in house. The beer selection is decent. The waitstaff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and seating. Worth your time if you are looking for a new place to try.

Mac n cheese heaven! Just a little mix up with our order, but quickly rectified. The jalapenos are hot! Like, they aren't kidding around. I ordered a medium and I ate it for supper, lunch, and another supper.

Got the Cobb salad, it was great. Good selection if beer, including a number of local selections.

Great beer great food. Get the prosciutto burger and the short ribs fries. Holy moly delicious.

This is a casual place for good food and a large selection of beers. They are known for their grilled cheese sandwiches and Mac and cheese. Multiple variations of both are amazing. Can get loud when crowded.

First time since the pandemic we've been here. We waited an hour for a party of four, after we were seated everyone else who came after us, even if they only waited a few minutes was seated right away. Not sure what was going on there, maybe we didn't look hungry enough. The Mac and cheese is always delicious, great beer selection. The building is looking it's age and having half of it used for storage doesn't help much. Going to the restroom you pass tons of boxes and crates, guess they are going for that working brewery feel.

I have been there twice and both times have been delicious. The 1st time we shared a pizza and the 2md time I had a burger with the truffle fries. I would definetly recommend this place

A bit overrated overall. Not the cleanest restaurant, speediest service or tastiest food experience at a brewery. The macaroni and cheese is legit, but wasn’t overwhelmed with anything else.

I went to sublime in San marcos on 4/24/2021 and i couldn't finish my meal cause it tasted frozen. I had a mac and cheese with beef, onions, and parsely. It tasted like freezer burns and when it arrived it smelled burnt even though it wasn't visibly burnt. Definitely my last time going. Such a disappointment for a $30 meal.

The beer was good. If you want to go have food and a beer I would go elsewhere, because the food was barely ok and a little on the pricey side.

Lumpia is the reason I come here, as well as the cool open atmosphere. Other food is great too. Lots of good options, especially cider.

I read the menu online and was quite impressed so I was surprised when we arrived to a location that looked like it just opened. They had 3 picnic tables outside which is where we sat. The waitress tried to light 2 heat lamps but both were out of fluid. The food was fine but I think I'll go back once we can eat inside again.
