A different (brand new) person every time, who somehow always seems to be worse at making sandwiches than the last. All the corporate rebranding in the world can’t save this place.

They won’t open bathroom for customers.Manager is inconsiderate and asinine and directs the workers to deny customers access to restroom.Unlikely I’ll return.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly if they can’t go to bathroom, if they can’t wash hands won’t soap and water. Sanitizer isn’t the same.

There are an approved EBT vendor and do not accept EBT. I wonder if the owners know that the employees are turning away customers and losing money on a daily basis. I will be contacting EBT to try to have them Removed!!Also the employees treat you as a lowercase customer and refuse to serve you

Terrible wait every time. Noon they have one person working with 3 on their lunch break on the busiest hour...good thing there's another subway a mile away
The guy that made my sandwich was incredibly rude. There wasn't anyone behind me in line but he was rushing me. When I asked him to unfold the crumpled up wad of turkey he was putting on my sandwich he said "oh does it taste better like that?"...... Of course it does. He didn't toast it completely, it was super soft and they didn't hand me my food. I had to reach over the counter to get it after the cashier just walked away. Also the sweet onion sauce tasted and looked old. Just avoid this one and go to the one by Albertsons.
Nice brunch for both veg & non veg burgers.

Subway has gotten more expensive than Jersey Mike's. Quality is still so soI would just go to a sandwich shop. Or Jersey mikes if you want the best sub from a chain shop
Very good place excellent service
Accessibility: there are a few handicap/accessible parking spots in front of the building with a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The doors to enter are pull doors. Inside there is a good amount of space to move around In, and they have a single, any gender bathroom, also with a heavier pull door. The drink station to fill up your own soda or get straws and lids is actually very tall so you would need to ask for assistance in reaching those if you are in a wheelchair or not tall enough to reach. As for seating, there are wheelchair accessible tables inside and outside to eat at. Masks: no employees or guests were wearing masks when I came in on 3-28-2022. Food: the food and cookies were good. They had everything available. The only big issue I had was their new lids; wow their lids are impossible to poke straws through. I had to actually cut open the hole of the drink lid to get my straw inside, no joke. They should fix this. Nearby things: there is an LA Fitness gym, Spaghetti Factory, UPS drop off place, pizza place, Mexican food place, and barber shop all in this same parking lot.
So I came in right. Very helpful staff. Trust me. But I tryed to use a coupon. And they said they only expected on paper. If you have coupons online and they said we don't expect these. If you put them online and you don't use them then why are they online.

I have always been well served, and received the free cookie that comes with the combo.
They know my preferences and combinations, so I don't need to repeat myself.
Overall, very good.
It's not a very appropriate place for me.
