order online, then pick up order only to be greeted by short tempered workers who hate customer service 🤷 never coming back…thanks for the bad experience 👎

Every time I order an online order to pick up on my lunch it’s never made correctly. I always add extra mayo and ask in the comments to please add extra mayo, and I get no mayo, not even a drop. This has happened twice now. I also asked for extra lettuce and I have barely any. They portion horribly and I don’t understand why I am paying $13 bucks for a dry, small, wimpy sandwich and careless service. Do better and make the sandwiches how they’re ordered! I can’t go back and ask for a remake because I am working, thank you to this store for messing up my lunch 2 times, do better. :|

Went in for a specialty order, needing a variety of smaller sized sandwiches to help with the needs of a neighborhood family experiencing a recent death. My sincere thanks to the staff that promptly helped out in this time of need in mere minutes.

The lady behind the counter was slow, sandwich wasn’t made right. She also didn’t give me a bag for my sandwich.

We go here for the convenience in location. I am getting really frustrated with the inconsistency from this location. Four out of five times ordering, something is ALWAYS wrong. This time I have had it. Order for pickup and ordered a Teriyaki Blitz. Nowhere on the main ingredients does this state it has olives. Nor did the ticket ask for olives. We open it up and a mound full of olives. Ordered a turkey sandwich and asked extra onions, received with four onions. Others times, we ask to be toasted, and it is not toasted. Or, ask for extra cheese, there is no extra cheese. These kids need to be paying attention and actually READ the ticket order. Spoke with a shift supervisor and gave her my number for the store manager to call me. Well, it's been a week, with no phone call. She was hardly apologetic. Paying almost $15.00 for a sandwich and this is always the result is frustrating. Please retrain your employees and actually have them smile once in awhile.

There are an approved EBT vendor and do not accept EBT. I wonder if the owners know that the employees are turning away customers and losing money on a daily basis. I will be contacting EBT to try to have them removed as a vendor.

The young man behind the counter was efficient in making my sandwiches, and generally a really nice guy. We chatted while he worked and cut it exactly as I requested. The store is nice and clean, the floor behind the counter as well. I always look at ours and bathrooms. If they are clean, you can trust the areas you cannot see. You can’t hide funk if your place is junk!

I use the restaurant meals program and this location's EBT machine has been down for months. They refuse to get it fixed so I've reported them to the county.
