I have been enjoying Sushi Huku since the day they opened. The owner, Jay, is a great host, the chefs are all excellent and the staff attentive. Linh is the lead chef most days and has great skills; absolutely love him and props to Jobany. These guys will take good care of you. It's a fun and lively place and you can catch 'the game' as well... I'm getting hungry so I'm on my way! The food is exceptional - please enjoy w/ a large Sapporo. Take care foodies...

We ordered Albacore sashimi, Philadelphia roll,and Ramen combo ( ramen with spicy tuna roll). My favorite is spicy tuna roll, then Philadelphia roll. The sushi plate comes with 8 pieces. It is 8 dollars. The price is very good and food is delicious!

? ? ? This is my solid go to sushi spot for North County. I’ve been here at least 20 times over the years. I like the basics so I get the salmon avocado cut roll, unagi, other nigiri, salad, edamame, and miso soup.
Good to eat or takeout as well. Reasonable prices for good sushi! Comes with ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.
