Order 189 yesterday around 3pm. Ya'll are always forgetting to put something in the bag. 2 crunchy tacos were missing. I'm not going to shop here anymore, it's gotten ridiculous at how often somethinf is incorrect or missing.

Stood here as a DoorDash driver for 15 mins for an order that is now very late. Took about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me about the order. Then watched as very lazy slow moving females proceeded to take about 2 minutes to make one taco. I get prioritizing drive through orders, but you can’t prioritize drive through over DoorDash drivers who are also trying to make a living. Having a DoorDash order that is more than 10 minutes late with no sense of urgency or anything is insane. Literally the worst Taco Bell location in all of San Diego.

25+ minute wait for a drive thru order. I don't understand why they have 2 cook stations if only one is being used. 2 guys inside, standing doing absolutely nothing. How did this Taco Bell location fall off so bad? It used to be my go to, now I avoid it like the plague.

This is my regular Taco Bell. Been going here for 7 years. Always good. That’s a long time for food to be always good, impressive. Last night I ordered Nacho Fries and Black Bean Chalupa. Got home and they gave me the smaller size of fries and they were cold and stale. The chalupa shell was stale. I went back the next afternoon with my receipt and explained the situation. No questions asked they replaced them for me. Now this is something I did expect, I had never had bad food from here before so I did expect them to make it right which they did. However they could have gave attitude or question me but they didn’t. I will continue to go here. I love the people who work the drive through the staff has been nice and fun last couple years. I appreciate them making it right. Also one time the drive through line took exceptionally wrong and there was only 5 cars and they apologized and gave me a coupon for a free taco ?????????

Had one worker running the entire store, took TWO HOURS for two tacos and a burrito. I stayed so I could write this review. The food was cold when we got it. Time to get new management. Absolutely unbelievable service.
