This location just cannot get your food to you. I've waited over 25 minutes for my order (placed via app - which maybe is a problem at this location) 3 times here (late breakfast / lunch) in the last 2 months - the last ended in asking for a refund. Thought it had to be a short-term staffing issue - nope. I don't know what their deal is but it sucks, because they price their combos cheaper than the nearby locations. I'm not giving them a 4th try though anytime soon - who wants to wait 30-40 mins for food at Taco Bell? Worst run TB I've ever seen or could even imagine. Really weird, but I plan on never going back. Weird location anyway

The staff is nice. The service is quick, but they sometimes forget items. I've made sure to always double-check my bag before leaving.
Absolutely ridiculous came to the drive-through only two people in front of me and it took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-through. I don’t care how many tacos you order how many burritos you order you only got four ingredients at the store beans, chicken and fries and beef it shouldn’t take that long to make the stuff they all got the same ingredients what is up with these incompetent people working at damn Taco Bell maybe if management wouldn’t be so cheap and pay more people they can have people work and you can get through the drive-through faster. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to Taco Bell. You’ll be better off going to a Mexican restaurant.

Employees are nice, but the food here is consistently the worst Taco Bell food I’ve ever had. Ingredients that we paid for are frequently left out. Typically ingredients are very light when they are included - my last black bean crunch wrap had almost no black beans in it. We’ve tried them several times now and will not be back.

I went to this store instead of my regular location, only because it happened to be along my current route. The store is similarly sized but had more staffing, though the wait was excessive at the drive-thru (even with an average amount of customers). I ordered my usual combo number 9, which was disappointing. The two tacos in the combo were both sparsely filled with ingredients. The Mexican pizza barely had any toppings on the top shell. The worst is how the order was handed to me; was in an undersized bag, and the Mexican pizza was "stuffed" in the bag vertically, so obviously the filling and toppings slid down to one side and collected at the bottom of its box. I had already waited in line too long and quite hungry, so I wasn't about to have them remake the order and wait again. Not the best experience to say the least, but probably my last visit at this location.

This location will NOT allow you to order from the app! I can switch locations and it works every time. I was told by a different taco bell employee that they turn off the app because the owners probably don't want to honor the online deals and employees will sometimes turn it off when busy to discourage customers from coming but I haven't been able to use the app at this location for 2 months trying every couple days.
