This place was excellent! I mean, they messed up my chalupas but it was the excellent customer service of admitting their mistake and replacing my order quickly. I love it! The food was top taco bell standard. I love that!!! Awesome. Will be back. Especially coz they’re open til VERY LATE!

I go to this particular location most often when my Taco Bell craving needs to be met with satisfaction. The drive thru is always quick, they never fails to get my order correct, and once you get to the window they put the FAST in fast food.
Their Burrito Supreme is always made right and they don’t cheat you on the sour cream like Del Taco always does. You get a quality meal at a pretty decent price. Every time.
Management has done a fantastic job with this crew. They are friendly and helpful when people have questions. Earlier this year, I witnessed a team member being humane to a woman with difficulty managing her ability to walk and carry her order. She clearly had a nerve system condition and walking was a challenge, let alone walking with food to a table. The team member came out from behind the counter and carried the order to the table the woman chose. Then they returned a bit later to clean up for her. That wasn’t just quality customer service. That was humanity in action and never forgetting that we all have grandparents that need help from time to time. Well done youngster. Well done and kudos to your parents and store management. You represented well!

Taco supreme is pretty good. Not as good as home made or as genuine as a taco shop but for the price and speedy service it's not bad. Staff at the Nordahl location were welcoming and friendly.

It wasn't busy, but they gave me the wrong order in the drive thru. I had to park and walk in. The lady just took the bags, came back with my bags, dropped them and walked away. She didn't say anything or even check my receipt to see if it was correct. Terrible customer service.
This location just cannot get your food to you. I've waited over 25 minutes for my order (placed via app - which maybe is a problem at this location) 3 times here (late breakfast / lunch) in the last 2 months - the last ended in asking for a refund. Thought it had to be a short-term staffing issue - nope. I don't know what their deal is but it sucks, because they price their combos cheaper than the nearby locations. I'm not giving them a 4th try though anytime soon - who wants to wait 30-40 mins for food at Taco Bell? Worst run TB I've ever seen or could even imagine. Really weird, but I plan on never going back. Weird location anyway

Absolutely ridiculous came to the drive-through only two people in front of me and it took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-through. I don’t care how many tacos you order how many burritos you order you only got four ingredients at the store beans, chicken and fries and beef it shouldn’t take that long to make the stuff they all got the same ingredients what is up with these incompetent people working at damn Taco Bell maybe if management wouldn’t be so cheap and pay more people they can have people work and you can get through the drive-through faster. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to Taco Bell. You’ll be better off going to a Mexican restaurant.

Employees are nice, but the food here is consistently the worst Taco Bell food I’ve ever had. Ingredients that we paid for are frequently left out. Typically ingredients are very light when they are included - my last black bean crunch wrap had almost no black beans in it. We’ve tried them several times now and will not be back.
