Tacos were fresh and so delicious! Service was impeccable and the food options they had were phenomenal. I ordered the taco adobada and wife had asada, and I'll tell you we did not leave hungry! The agua fresca was delicious too! I definitely will stop by again if I ever head back to SD. Parking is limited too, but definitely worth the trip.

Delicious simple tacos. Everything is fresh diced onion, cilantro, and pinto beans. Sooo good!! I've tried the Carne Asada, lengua (tongue), cabeza( head- very tender) and pollo asada. All excellent.

The service was horrible. Redhead doesn't know how to greet or smile at the customers. 15 minute wait to get our tacos. I probably wouldn't come here again.

Not your run of the mill San Diego style taco shop. Tacos Alex can hang with some of the greats from further down south. Real al pastor on the trompo, carnitas fresh from the copper pot, and fresh grille asada. My only complaint is that there are only a few parking spots and you kind of have to hope that there is one available when you get there.

Came here as it was highly recommended. Ordered a bunch of tacos for two people and as I was finishing up my payment method, the young lady behind the counter pressed no receipt. After explaining I would like a receipt, I was instructed to return tomorrow. I was only there for 1 night.
Tacos were good and there are plenty of other places with better service and better tasting tacos around.

I just had the best tacos! I tried both the carnitas and chicken, and they were seriously delicious. The carnitas were perfectly tender with amazing flavor, and the chicken was well-seasoned and authentic. Everything tasted super fresh, and I’m already craving more. Highly recommend!

Honestly it's not too bad, but they are really stingy with the burritos, they barely put any meat, it's honestly mostly tortilla. Probably won't be coming back since there are way more better places than this, but I pray they do better in the future.
