Ten Twenty Prime

Was wondering why the place only had a few patrons at lunchtime. Prime rib was just ok, everything else was either too salty or had little flavor for the price. Not going back.

I had a great at this restaurant. We loved the awesome atmosphere and the meals. The staff were very attentive. I'm glad we finally managed to visit here.

Food is good...service is very, very slow. Took half an hour to get our credit cards back. The excuse was computer problem...there should have been at least an attempt to offer free drink or desert. This is not the first time it has taken long at check out time. Always very slow service. Waiter was great but, the rest is lacking. Probably won't go back. There's plenty of other good restaurants 😒

I have to say that I left this place completely unsatisfied. I ordered the ribeye and and had it over cooked TWICE. I ordered medium rare and was delivered grossly over cooked steak on both occasions. I'm talking medium well to well done. Not once did the manager come to the table to facilitate a solution for the kitchen's clear incompetence. The “best they could do” was to take $12 off the meal. The waitress, Taylor, was a very enjoyable person to deal with. That's about the only aspect of this experience that I can deem positive. On top of the missteps in the kitchen, the margarita mix tasted surprisingly cheap for a “top shelf” drink and the decor was literally raggedy. Holes in the patio umbrellas and tables and chairs that were falling apart. All in all, D- for this type of experience.

My family and I took a chance on this place since we're not locals. 1st lots of parking but it does get busy. 2nd people there are friendly and helpful(no rushing). Food is delicious and the portions are generous. Not inexpensive but well worth it.

I don't order pork ribs anywhere else!! Their Sunday rib special is worth the visit. Great service.

service is always excellent even when they have a full house. service is consistently above par.

i can say this place does it for me. will surely make a return trip. feels similar to a restaurant in philadelphia that i enjoyed visiting.

I asked for shrimp scampi pasta and the the person that took my order said that the shrimp pasta was the one and when I got it it was not shrimp scampi. Not happy with the false info. The service was good.
