Not just another Boba place. It's 90s hip hop meets Boba and Taiwanese chicken. The owner Miguel is currently exploring more items to introduce. The teas and drinks are unique and fresh. The Taiwanese chicken is made to order. Comes out piping hot and crispy. I recommend the spicy version. It's just enough heat with good mouth tingle. I can't wait to see what's coming next, I'll be back soon.

Yummy boba at hip hop themed The Boba Co. in San Marcos! We enjoyed the brown sugar milk tea and earl grey milk tea. Friendly staff and quick service. There’s a little toy claw machine and lots of hip hop artist pictures. Recommend!

Good drinks and service. The price was also very reasonable. They were extremely short staffed with only one employee working. He did a great job getting all the orders out and was very appreciative of our patience. The expresso Thai tea was great!

The good: very clean, good music and vibes, great prices, and service was great! The bad: the food and drinks I got the Taiwanese chicken chop and 2 matcha latte. The chicken while interesting in concept, being just straight up a big slab of chicken battered and fried, doesn't work. The piece of chicken is pretty thick so as the chicken is fried, a lot of the juices leaks out of the chicken and into the batter outside, detaches the batter from the chicken and turns the crust into sticky mush. Flavor wise I had high hopes cause of the good smell but it just taste like salt when I actually eat it 4/10. I mentioned getting 2 matcha lattes both were for me, here's why. The first one is matcha latte, oat milk, half sweet, actually vile, taste like watery pressed grass juice 2/10. Ok maybe that's on me, bad combo, so I bought another one, a safer combo with whole milk and 75 sweet, this one was mildly better, taste of the matcha was still flat but the creaminess of the milk helped somewhat, still watery tho 5/10.

This boba tea shop is truly the best in town! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by how fresh and flavorful the drinks are. My absolute favorite is the Strawberry Matcha with Sakura Heart Jelly and Egg Pudding—it’s the perfect mix of creamy, sweet, and just the right amount of matcha kick. So good!
The boba itself is always soft and chewy, and they really nail the texture every time. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even gave us some free snacks to try during our visit, which was such a thoughtful and fun surprise.
If you’re a boba lover or looking to try something new, I can’t recommend this place enough. Great drinks, great people, and a really chill vibe. Definitely a five-star experience!

Came in with my kids which can be a hassle at the time of ordering but not only were they patient with them but even interacted with them to help get their order going. Food tasted great and price was really affordable. Definitely will be back soon. Thanks Miguel for the great service

Tried this place for the first time the other day. The boba was good quality and you can adjust sweetness and ice level when you order. They also offer two sizes. The milk tea itself was ok - not sure I chose the best tea flavor, but will be back sometime to try another.
