Wanted to hold a birthday dinner here because I've eaten here before and it was amazing (my review used to be 5 stars). I planned to bring 7 people, but noticed that their wait-list system said groups of 7 or more people need to talk to the host. I was doing this online with the Yelp app, so I called the restaurant to ask about making a reservation or just being manually added to the waitlist, so I could be seated at 6:30. People on the phone told us that we needed to be there in person just for them to answer our question. I drive all the way over there to tell them I want my family to be seated around 6:30, but instead they tell me to come back in 30 minutes. They really couldn't have told me over the phone to just show up at that time to join the waitlist? I had to drive all the way over there without even being told if I was going to have the opportunity to make an actual reservation or not, just for them to tell me to come back in 30 minutes.
This is NOT how you do service. If you have some greedy business reasons that make it better to use a waitlist system with no reservations, fine, but you could at least try to not make it a pain just to join the waitlist, I'm not trying to make my grandparents sit around waiting for a spot on the waitlist to open up, I want to be able to join the waitlist, be given a time I need to show up at, and show up at that time to be seated. If we are seated too early, not everyone can make it (some of my family is at work), if we are seated too late, then we are accommodating for elderly people who can't sit around waiting for an hour.
Going to eat at a restaurant should not be a logistical nightmare. Do better.

The lady at the door was very rude. I will never return. Rabbit over this boiling crab!!!! Customer service was bad, had us waiting for 20 minutes after informing us our table was ready.

The food was phenomenal, the customer service immaculate, and the atmosphere was perfect. I came as a first timer, and I was immediately astonished by the kindness of the staff. Angel and Derrick helped me make an order and the price was incredible. I was absolutely delighted by the exquisite taste of the food and the experience.

My bf and I love a seafood boil and decided to try the San Marcos location because it is the closest to us however the food was too pricey and wasn’t even seasoned well enough , the clams had tasted very plain, the crawfish was plain , and on top of that the food made us so very sick . So disappointed! The waiters were very good with the service though .

Great place to. Eat. DO NOT expect fast food service. Every order is hand prepared which takes some extra time. Although a bit pricy well worth the cost.
Wheelchair accessibility: I had NO PROBLEMS WITH ACCESS. The disabled parking is right in front of the main entrance. Isle's are wide enough for easy access.

We thought Monday(Aug. 05, 2024) afternoon around 5 pm wouldn't be that crowded, but there was a waiting line already. Waiting time wasn't that long though; probably 25min. Our order came late, and the server totally forgot one of our orders even though we asked 2 times. But seasoning was good(not too salty) and all seafoods were fresh and delicious, especially shrimps. The crab needed a bit of work to eat; hard to crack the shells.
After the first food came out, we couldn't take pictures anymore because of our heavily seasoned hands hahaha~ (that's why we only have 1 food picture). If TBC provides gloves and wet tissues, it would be good for the customers.

i honestly loved the experience here and would give a higher rating but unfortunately, me and my boyfriend both got food poisoning after. i was visiting him from MA for 5 days back in March and had to fly back while being very sick on the plane. our whole trip ended up with us just laying in bed since we had this on the second night. not sure if we just got a bad batch since it was the end of the night. the employees on the other hand, were very nice and accommodating!

Great tasting crab and shrimp. The only downside is pulling the legs off the shrimp myself. If I'm paying top dollar for the food, pull the legs.
