My friends and I came here. We all ordered at the same time yet everyone got their food beside me. And the waitress didn’t even check up on us until 20 minutes later and I had to bring in to his attention that they forgot about my food. This is unacceptable. I couldn’t even eat there cause all my friends were done eating and I was barely gonna get my food. The waitress was Justin

Food was really flavorful. The mussles were cleaned and taste better than any place in the surrounding area that I've been to. The clams were very clean too. It was my first time so I expected the mild to be a bit more spicy but it was honestly refreshing that the food was still flavorful without a large amount of spice. The soft shell crab was cooked perfectly. Waiter was very attentive and gave good suggestions 9/10

Wanted to hold a birthday dinner here because I've eaten here before and it was amazing (my review used to be 5 stars). I planned to bring 7 people, but noticed that their wait-list system said groups of 7 or more people need to talk to the host. I was doing this online with the Yelp app, so I called the restaurant to ask about making a reservation or just being manually added to the waitlist, so I could be seated at 6:30. People on the phone told us that we needed to be there in person just for them to answer our question. I drive all the way over there to tell them I want my family to be seated around 6:30, but instead they tell me to come back in 30 minutes. They really couldn't have told me over the phone to just show up at that time to join the waitlist? I had to drive all the way over there without even being told if I was going to have the opportunity to make an actual reservation or not, just for them to tell me to come back in 30 minutes.
This is NOT how you do service. If you have some greedy business reasons that make it better to use a waitlist system with no reservations, fine, but you could at least try to not make it a pain just to join the waitlist, I'm not trying to make my grandparents sit around waiting for a spot on the waitlist to open up, I want to be able to join the waitlist, be given a time I need to show up at, and show up at that time to be seated. If we are seated too early, not everyone can make it (some of my family is at work), if we are seated too late, then we are accommodating for elderly people who can't sit around waiting for an hour.
Going to eat at a restaurant should not be a logistical nightmare. Do better.

The lady at the door was very rude. I will never return. Rabbit over this boiling crab!!!! Customer service was bad, had us waiting for 20 minutes after informing us our table was ready.
The food was phenomenal, the customer service immaculate, and the atmosphere was perfect. I came as a first timer, and I was immediately astonished by the kindness of the staff. Angel and Derrick helped me make an order and the price was incredible. I was absolutely delighted by the exquisite taste of the food and the experience.

My bf and I love a seafood boil and decided to try the San Marcos location because it is the closest to us however the food was too pricey and wasn’t even seasoned well enough , the clams had tasted very plain, the crawfish was plain , and on top of that the food made us so very sick . So disappointed! The waiters were very good with the service though .

Great place to. Eat. DO NOT expect fast food service. Every order is hand prepared which takes some extra time. Although a bit pricy well worth the cost.
Wheelchair accessibility: I had NO PROBLEMS WITH ACCESS. The disabled parking is right in front of the main entrance. Isle's are wide enough for easy access.
