Block C is a great place to live, especially for college students. The apartment has everything one could want, with convenient amenities nearby like coffee, ice cream, and a restaurant. The staff, including Samantha, Nikki, and Albany, are friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. The maintenance team, such as Alexander, are prompt, polite, and efficient. Recently, Alexander responded quickly to urgent issues like a water leak and drywall damage, arriving within minutes and keeping residents informed throughout the process. He also handled a water sensor alarm efficiently, identifying and fixing the problem promptly, then following up the next day to ensure everything was working properly and thoroughly cleaning the AC unit. The location is ideal, with grocery stores, gas stations, and more restaurants just around the corner. Despite some construction noise, the overall experience of living at Block C has been positive, with great connections formed and excellent service provided. The guest passes are a nice touch, with accommodating staff always willing to assist.
