Habit Burger & Grill

Enjoyed my meal there.

Never had a bad experience at the Habit, and this is my favorite one. Have come several times during different days/hours and never disappointed. The food is always good and comes out quickly, the place is clean, the staff are very friendly (shout out to Diana at the register!) and seem to enjoy themselves, and overall a place I would come back to again and again. It’s an easy choice when I need to eat out.

Staff are very nice and friendly. Food is great. The floor looked clean, but it was somewhat sticky.

They take good care of me.

Being forced to use a kiosk to ordered is lame.

I actually like Habit Grill, never had an issue before. Today I was busy so my Sister and I did a curbside pick up, we ordered separately. The girl that brought the order out came with the food and my sister says, thank you, we have one more order coming. The girl with pink and black hair smiles with her little snarky attitude and says yeah ok. She brings my order out next, I say, ohh, my drink was supposed to be no ice and I requested a large cup of ice on the side. She smiles with a little attitude and says, it doesn’t say that on the receipt. I respond, let me check my order and she says the receipts attached to the bag so no need too. I’m sorry, I spent just under $27 and tipped 15%, my sister spent just under $26. ZERO customer service and definitely not worth the price.

I get home and my Santa Barbara burger was cold, soggy bread and my burger was a mess. My fries were cold and not crispy as requested. Disappointed is an understatement especially for what I paid!

Shift leader Ann is awesome!! She’s always smiling when we walk in she makes us feel welcomed! We look forward to seeing her every Thursday night for our weekly dinner.

I usually enjoy the habit and have no issues here! However we went today maybe 45 minutes before they closed and the lady at the front informed us that we had to order at the kiosk if we were paying with card. My husband and I honestly did mind because it is so much faster if we ordered with the lady. I believe her name was Ann. And I love the strawberry lemonade and the hibiscus one but I was incredibly upset when I noticed they had cleaned up everything and put it all away. I highly doubt my husband and I will be coming back to this location. I’m editing my review bc I got home and they forgot to put lettuce in my burger. I am extremely upset over this.

I still don't like the kiosk ordering, especially if I have to sit on the floor to read it! Seems to be more kid accessible than adults. Then it asks if you want to tip? For what? Chicken sandwich was good except I didn't expect it to be slathered with butter/oil on the outside of the sourdough. Given a choice I would have chosen NONE.
