Never had a bad experience at the Habit, and this is my favorite one. Have come several times during different days/hours and never disappointed. The food is always good and comes out quickly, the place is clean, the staff are very friendly (shout out to Diana at the register!) and seem to enjoy themselves, and overall a place I would come back to again and again. It’s an easy choice when I need to eat out.

I usually enjoy the habit and have no issues here! However we went today maybe 45 minutes before they closed and the lady at the front informed us that we had to order at the kiosk if we were paying with card. My husband and I honestly did mind because it is so much faster if we ordered with the lady. I believe her name was Ann. And I love the strawberry lemonade and the hibiscus one but I was incredibly upset when I noticed they had cleaned up everything and put it all away....

I still don't like the kiosk ordering, especially if I have to sit on the floor to read it! Seems to be more kid accessible than adults. Then it asks if you want to tip? For what? Chicken sandwich was good except I didn't expect it to be slathered with butter/oil on the outside of the sourdough. Given a choice I would have chosen NONE.
