The cashier was rude, the cooks were talking how they were messed up on something they took, their friends came in and they gave them free drinks for their "chasers". The fries we got had more oil and salt than potato, on 2 out of the 8 wings actually had Parmesan on them. Throughly disappointed.

I came in and they forgot my veggie meal waited about 15 minutes I began to eat other food and and asked for water and they basically denied it saying since I ordered take out I can't sit but I was just waiting for my remaining order then asked they said they couldn't help me with service when there is no wait in line I could re line up to be seated if that's what they want but I really never got my waters I asked for.. had to re ask 15 minutes later

It's a spacious little place, the service isn't the best, the one guy is constantly on the phone so trying to talk to him isn't going to work, the rest of the people are in the kitchen and then the other guy he knows what he's doing but can be a a bit cocky about it, he also thought he got everything on the order when I knew he didn't. I asked for my drink cup at least 3 times, probably 5 and never got it after saying he would give it to me, I waited for the guy on the phone to eventually get my drink about like 10 min later, for all that food I only waited maybe around 20 min, the order was packed for to-go so idk if they would still pack it like that for dine-in, I did dine-in so I thought I was gonna find out but they packed it for to-go and that's what it said on the receipt, it was packed beautifully though, just like last time so they consistently pack nice which is nice, but to get to the food, it's really good, the food the first time I came here vs the second time is almost no different except the second time was better because I ate it there, the flavor is on point and it's just so good, and even though I ordered some hotter versions of things, the flavor was still so good and it wasn't hot to the point it ruined it, even the atomic still had flavor, also there's no trash can inside only one outside so someone fix that, due to the service and no trash can inside, and bathroom issues mentioned below, I would give this location 3/5 stars, but you guys deserve 4/5 just on the food alone, great job, thanks Wingstop, the food was bussin, the rest you fu*kin, and please get a trash can inside and maybe a mirror in the bathroom too, and check it more frequently, it was out of everything and dirty, all with love, please fix it because your food is actually so good and this is killing you! Update: Sometimes the food is not consistent and doesn't match the same amazingness it was the first time I tried this place but still really good.

Totally recommend this place if you want HARD dry rolls & super soggy fries drenched in oil. They packed the fries in the bottom of the bag so they even got squashed by all my wings. NEVER ordering from here again!

So, I ordered online for pickup. I ordered the All-In Bundle and opted to upgrade the fries to a large cheese fries for an extra $1.40. Other than the bundle, we also ordered a regular seasoned fries and cajon fried corn. My wife and daughter went to pickup the food and once in the car they noticed that they didn't give them cheese. They went back to complain and worker told them that they did not have any cheese so they put an extra ranch in the bag.. but they didn't tell them. My wife explained we paid an extra $1.40, he said that the ranch is worth more than $1.40. Huh!?!?! Ranch is free everywhere else. I know it's just a buck forty which is nothing, but its the principle of it all. The manager came out and refunded the money. We're not going back to this place.

We've gotten wings and other items in the past and they were mediocre, but they've got a great deal so we kept going back. Not anymore, we were in the mood for bone in wings so we got the Buffalo wings and they were way over salted and the sauces were almost all grease, the fries had even more salt than the wings and were not freshly fried. Sorry wing stop we'll be getting our wing fix from epic

I have tried to much to like this location since we just moved to San Marcos and Wingstop is a household favorite, but this location is TERRIBLE! We have gotten raw fries on multiple occasion, no seasoning when we request extra, and our order is wrong almost every time. TERRIBLE!! Avoid this location and choose another if you can!
I've been to this wingstop a few times and I'm officially never coming back. I ordered 2 meals, and out of both of them, there were a total of 4 raw wings/drumsticks. I don't know what to say besides how disgusted I am. The photos speak for themselves.

This was my second time ordering from this location and I hesitated to return bc customer service was so poor with 4 people working the lunch shift . So glad I gave it a second chance. The employee AZZY was friendly, responsive, and promptly completed my order. I must add that she was running the show SOLO. I couldn't believe she was the only one working and handled the rush in strides above the other 4 people working the first time I went. Another customer commented on how impressed they were with her too. Great attitude and focus... this girl needs a raise!

we're regulars to this Wingstop. Sometimes service is good sometimes not. We tried calling in tonight multiple times. When we got to the restaurant I asked the one of the male employees if the phones were off. And then he said yes and walked to the back of the restaurant without taking our order. Then while we were waiting for a different server a phone rang and not one of the 5 or 6 employees even tried to answer it. The girl Kathlyn who took our order was very polite and was very thorough when taking our order to make sure everything was correct.

Okay guys, came here last night with my wife, and man o man am I glad I did!! The wings were perfectly cooked. The fries were the best. They sell these little corns that were delicious. What I liked about the wings were that they were juicy inside, not dry like other places. You guys totally have to go!! Trust me on this one!! Later dudes.

Whatever dip stick is closing on February 2nd is cancelling delivery orders. If anyone cares about sales over there I'd cut that bums hours.
