Soo glad we tried this place! Everything was delicious! Agua chile had plenty of camarón and not too spicy. Empanada was flaky and the taco Cora with its special sauce!! Definitely a must try

Just finished trying this place. Unfortunately there was way too much salt in both my ceviches. I know the potential for this place so I assume it was just a mistake from how much salt was added. I wasn't able to finish my ceviches but I'll be happy to try again next time. Just careful with the salt! Thanks.

I had the burrito Cora, it was delicious! Cynthia was super friendly, knowledgeable about alll the food and offered great recommendations. The burrito was just as she described, flavorful and filling! Highly recommend these Nayarit style food. Definitely going back to try more menu items!

They have great service, super friendly staff and great food! Taco Cora, Empanadas de Camaron, & Hamburgesa Cora are delicious! They have freshly made Aguas de frutas & they are the best I've had. They also have kid friendly foods like quesadillas and tacos de queso.

I went for some agua chiles and WOW! I don't usually order seafood but this was perfect ! I asked for a medium level in regards to how spicy I wanted it and it was definitely spicy ! I loved it ! My fiancé got a breakfast burrito that he enjoyed for work. They always have room for parking too! Perfect for a hot day!

Decided to give this new food truck a try and I definitely don't regret it! Their tacos Cora are one of a kind, they pair so well with their spicy chili oil. I am obsessed with their Cora shrimp recipe, I have tried the Cora burrito, hamburger, and tacos! Each is so good, I can't decide which one is my favorite. It is the perfect lunch and dinner spot, can't wait to visit them again!!

The food is mouth watering good. The taco cora, ceviche, and birria tacos are amazing. They have a big menu so there's something for everyone including vegetarian options. I love the representation with the beautiful art on the truck, and that is family owned. The service is great, they are friendly. I drive from south San diego to go eat food there, so you know it's good.
