This was my First time at this Wingstop in San Marcos, California and I'm writing a positive review. As we all know, prior to walking into a Wingstop you mentally prepare yourself for an atmosphere a few baby steps up from a waffle house, it doesnt matter what state you're in or what city you are passing through, we all know Wingstop-Blessed if they prepared the order correctly in under 45 minutes, and were able to use the always occupied grimy bathrooms. Yet this Wingstop was different, it was clean, the employees were professional, the manager Kiana took my order during a busy friday lunch. Not only did it seem she was training a new employee; without missing a beat she was working the phone, pick up orders, pulling fryer baskets and setting up orders. She explained the menu items answering questions i had, and the order was done in about 12 minutes. -My order was a 20 piece bone in nuggets four sauces voodoo fries and three dipping sauces. The order was spot on- i greatly appreciated the service so much I wanted to tip the restaurant. -I was unable to tip. -A tip that represents the employee and the restaurant. I would like to see some sort of change, lets at least work on this Wingstop whether it's the corporation that sees this or the owner of this franchise let's go ahead and show that you do appreciate your employees by adding the ability for customers to leave tips.

I placed an online order for carry out, I arrived and my order wasn't quite ready but no prob! The team working was on it and provided great customer service. Great wings, fries and service. I had a good experience here. I did notice how clean this location was as well.

Wingstop has always been my go-to wing place, but this location was disappointing. Maybe it’s that everyone is just trying to get by in this economy, but we ordered Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper and literally could not have been able to tell the difference just looking at them. The seasoning was almost non-existent, which is not what we are used to from a wingstop. They were cooked well enough, but it was like eating plain unseasoned wings. The fries and the carrots were good at least..

Why do you make drivers fill up customers drinks, It's so unsanitary. Drivers don't wash their hands and then touch the leads of your drinks. You are trying to spread listeria or hepatitis

Had to deliver an order for them the other day, they make drivers with dirty hands fill your drinks and say if we don't fill drinks then we can't pick up your order... Sure its illegal since most drivers don't even have food handling certification, I don't. But if I cancel then it affects my rating so all your drinks have been touched by dirty hands just heads up and I will never take another order from any wingstop because it looks like they are all doing it!

Estimated time was 16-21 minutes. Took 31 minutes. They piled 5 different flavored chicken nuggets "boneless wings" in one container, so hot flavors got mixed with mild flavors. Some of the chicken nuggets were no bigger than a nickel. Maybe this is how this location treats mobile orders. I even tipped on the mobile app. Will not be tipping any future order unless this location does better.
The food could've been better but the highlight was the service provided by Steven. Thank you for making it a worthy stop on my birthday ?

This location is probably my favorite. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but it’s all worth it. Every time I go here, I see every single employee working and my order is always ready by the time I get there. The closest location to me is Escondido, but the smell of that location is atrocious and the quality of service isn’t good. Every time I go to Escondido, I only see one worker working while there’s 2-3 people on their phones not caring about what’s going on around them. San Marcos location I always see all employees working. The quality in service is amazing. I don’t order wingstop that often anymore but when I do, please go to this location. Wings are always saucy & tender. This picture doesn’t do it justice but trust me, it’s good!! Thank you for your effort!

Kiana helped me, she was a sweetheart and efficient. I got the regular, mild wings, extra cooked, with their French fries and celery and ranch. Everything tasted great.
