Ughhh im so sick of THIS wingstop i hate to give bad reviews and I rarely do, but this just disappoints me so bad, im tired of it being a miss everytime, someone needs to be told something… its the only one nearby that i can order from to my house but everytime i get this wingstop at this location( whether i doordash or pick it up) its always bad any time any day, more so the food quality is just terrible …idk whats going on but i see why it has such bad reviews all the time i check, ive never experienced such a lazy, worse wingstop ever.

Sometimes the drinks or ice are out.
Customizations get messed up. A substitution will end up being an addition.
Tables and counters are often dirty.
Be careful with take out bags as the bottom can be greasy and end up on your car seats.

This is the dirtiest wingstop I've ever been to and I've been to a lot because I rather go to them then other main chain wing places. Avoid this one at all cost. The food literally got me sick and I should've taken a hit and run when I say the place to begin with. The staff take forever to acknowledge you and they're really rude on top of it. Definitely THE WORST wingstop experience EVER.

This was my First time at this Wingstop in San Marcos, California and I'm writing a positive review. As we all know, prior to walking into a Wingstop you mentally prepare yourself for an atmosphere a few baby steps up from a waffle house, it doesnt matter what state you're in or what city you are passing through, we all know Wingstop-Blessed if they prepared the order correctly in under 45 minutes, and were able to use the always occupied grimy bathrooms. Yet this Wingstop was different, it was clean, the employees were professional, the manager Kiana took my order during a busy friday lunch. Not only did it seem she was training a new employee; without missing a beat she was working the phone, pick up orders, pulling fryer baskets and setting up orders. She explained the menu items answering questions i had, and the order was done in about 12 minutes. -My order was a 20 piece bone in nuggets four sauces voodoo fries and three dipping sauces. The order was spot on- i greatly appreciated the service so much I wanted to tip the restaurant. -I was unable to tip. -A tip that represents the employee and the restaurant. I would like to see some sort of change, lets at least work on this Wingstop whether it's the corporation that sees this or the owner of this franchise let's go ahead and show that you do appreciate your employees by adding the ability for customers to leave tips.

I placed an online order for carry out, I arrived and my order wasn't quite ready but no prob! The team working was on it and provided great customer service. Great wings, fries and service. I had a good experience here. I did notice how clean this location was as well.
Wingstop has always been my go-to wing place, but this location was disappointing. Maybe it’s that everyone is just trying to get by in this economy, but we ordered Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper and literally could not have been able to tell the difference just looking at them. The seasoning was almost non-existent, which is not what we are used to from a wingstop. They were cooked well enough, but it was like eating plain unseasoned wings. The fries and the carrots were good at least..

Why do you make drivers fill up customers drinks, It's so unsanitary. Drivers don't wash their hands and then touch the leads of your drinks. You are trying to spread listeria or hepatitis
