I was having such a good day, treated myself and my co worker to drinks from starbucks however when I came to pick them up, I asked Mari for a cup holder and the way she tossed it onto the counter and walked away without saying a word was so disappointing… I didn’t deserve poor customer service for a simple request…

a good starbucks, I like to buy cheerful morning coffee And all sorts of buns there, there are rarely new items, but still it is available, there are also donuts that are really delicious and fresh

This location was recently renovated in August 2024. I’m not sure what the renovation is trying to accomplish. The space for baristas takes up most of this small space; the focus seems to be on mobile orders, but it is not a drive through, so customers have to physically come inside to pick up their orders. This interferes with the already sparse seating, which was reduced in the renovation. Not a well thought out redesign at all.
Always reliable, but their cappuccinos complete their large sizes with foam and not with milk, stopping writing the name with your hand took away the essence of the place and today it is like buying a coffee anywhere.

Still great service at my Starbucks but they did not remodel the seating or getting to to counter well at all. There was a line of 9 people for the special yesterday and. You are standing in between people at their tables. It is terrible. They goofed on the seating area but I guess it was to make the barista area bigger. Still sad for customers sitting inside.
