I hadn’t been to Amici’s since 2024 because the customer service was very questionable. Decided to give it another try and what a surprise! The Detroit pizza was super tasty and really filling. I do wish they had more draft beer options but honestly the service made up for it. Brenda and Louis were awesome and they made it feel like a whole different place.
pizza needed 1 more minute in the oven. I did change my review. I attempted to reheat the leftovers. The crust turned to greasy mush and had to be thrown in the trash. 1st time in over 50 years that happened to me. This would not fly on the East Coast.
Katherine Z is the best! Food was good. The manager did not want to seat us with our therapy dog. Katherine found a table in their pseudo patio area where there was no one else and took great care of us. He was unhappy with her, but we really appreciated it. It was one of the hottest days of the year and we couldn't leave the dog in the car. The therapy dog also works for a local entity and she had her vest on. Hope she didn't get into too much trouble.
