Eat cookies ever. Easy to order from website and super fast delivery. Part chocolates and plain are to die for. Highly recommend

I've called and left emails and no one responds. The website shows inventory is supposed to be updated every couple of days. But, all items show as "Sold Out". Really too bad. Prior owner was wonderful.

A tradition in our family that we cannot live without! I’ve sent many boxes of cookies to family members located out of the Bay Area including out of state and they’re always a big hit! Cookies come beautifully & safely packaged as always - get a box for yourself! :)

Amazing cookies!!! We ordered a box of Anna's for our Easter celebration and they were delivered early and were greatly received by all of our family. One family member went home and ordered two boxes for their work and family. Definitely recommend these cookies!

Anna's is a tradition in our family. Always packaged beautifully and cookies taste great too! Very excited to now have their coffee in our household. Thanks Anna's, you have a lifelong customer!

There are three qualities in a business or person that I find absolutely abhorrent. 1) Going after someone personally and/or their family members or friends to get to that person 2) Disrespectfulness 3) Bullying This company has managed to do all three; unapologetically too. I wrote to customer service notifying them that I received stale and basically lackluster cookies and I wanted them to know that so that can make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. Every year we get these cookies, and I did NOT ask for a refund or a replacement, as I wrote in my email to them, I just wanted to let them know since they're a small business and small businesses are struggling to survive during Covid. Imagine my surprise when the owner shamed be by saying that other people didn't have an issue and then tried to shame me further by contacting a family friend who they just happen to know since it's a small world in the Bay Area to say negative things about me and threaten to go to Yelp corporate as well. Since I never asked for anything in return, why would you treat a customer this way? I literally have no dog in this race if I'm trying to help you by telling you about my negative experience before I posted my Yelp review and NEVER asked you for anything in return. It was because you were rude and backhanded and did not offer a sincere apology or ownership that I went to Yelp. In all my years of dealing with good businesses they graciously thank me for the input, and offer to fix it by letting their team know, or improving upon the experience, etc. At Anna's Cookies, the owner and customer service are one in the same. It's even more shameful that the owner would try to shame me by threatening to tell people we both know about my negative review and by saying awful things about me when I was trying to help her. How despicable to threaten me about Yelp and by trying to contact people I know to get to me! Is this how you run a business? By bullying and intimidation? Shame on you! I had absolutely NOTHING to gain by alerting you about my negative experience when I told you I did NOT want anything and was only trying to help you since we get your cookies every year. We get your cookies every year so don't tell me I don't matter. If other people had good cookies from you, that's great but that wasn't my experience this year! You should honor and value constructive criticism and offer a sincere apology. You wrote that you've helped over customers, that's great but how does at directly help or address my concerns? It doesn't. I have never blocked a business for harassing emails, but I have blocked this business. I have never been more upset, shocked, and appalled with a business owner than I am with this company.

I just received a package of Anna's cookies as a gift.I was excited since I have been enjoying them for decades since childhood..The packaging was great and those new to Anna's would find them fine. But if you're an old time customer .... there are differences. The plain cookies are not buttery and each plain cookie in the past had a distinct flavor. Now all the plain ones taste like the same dough and the chocolate is NOT the same. I probably wouldn't, order chocolate next time.As cookies they are fine but not the Anna's of lore.l

These cookies are fantastic!!! Such a great holiday snack and gift. The coffee is very high quality as well and is a perfect pairing! I can't say enough. We got to meet the owners also (Burt and Kristen) and they are the loveliest people. Support local this year for the holidays and you won't be disappointed!

Six generations of our family have enjoyed Anna's Cookies. Always fresh and delicious. Loved to see their cookie jar collection.

Today was the end of an era for me. I have been enjoying Anna's Danish Cookies my entire life but that enjoyment has ended. What have you done to the original recipe for these cookies? They certainly don't taste like the buttery, melt in your mouth cookies, that I have enjoyed for the last 67 years. Either bring back the original recipe and ingredients or call them something else. Don't try to pass these cheap imitations as Anna's.. These are not the Anna's from the Mission District of San Francisco.

Awesome spot! Excellent coffee for real coffee lovers and even some respectable tea selections for tea fans. The food is sooo fresh and delicious!

This place is a total JOKE!!! The original owners would kringe at the way these idiots are running this once wonderful cookie company into the garbage!!! It looks like there is a storefront when you look at the website. NOT !!! After driving from San Francisco to Napa I find out that the address is for a P. O. Box only!! The voicemail was from December and had not been Uodated. ??? Really. ?!? How long does it take to update your message??? Who knows where these cookies are being baked? I suspect in someone's garage or basement!! They can also be found in a shabby run down restaurant in San Mateo. Who knows how long they have been hanging out on the bakers rack ? There are plenty other reputable bakeries out there. Forget Anna's !! Stupidly I placed an order, cookies were never sent !!! I have learned my lesson.
