Very cute little spot, I love the outdoor seating! Barista Michelle was friendly and made a great cappuccino. Thanks for a great visit, I'll be back!

I really tried to like this place - it is so convenient, however, their service sucks.I mostly order pick up because I have kids with me. The first time I ordered here, the person working was nice enough, but said that pick up orders have not been automatically printing. I had to wait 15 minutes for my pick up order, with kids screaming in the car, and we were late to where we were going.Second time and last time, ordered pick up, drove up, they're not even open. On a Tuesday morning. If you're closed, close your online ordering system. I tried to call the phone number listed multiple times, no one picked up. I emailed them so we'll see what happens but I'm not hopeful they'll return my email for a request for a refund.Their food is fine, nothing to write home about, granted I've only ordered the ham and egg bagel. Hubby ordered the wrap when they first opened (last year) and it was expensive and barely had anything in it - waste of money.

Didn’t know it was possible to make a toasted cream cheese bagel that poorly. Service is lackluster at best. Won’t be coming back.

Really slow service. Coffee was bitter.

I really wanted to like Bagel Box but this not the place to go for good bagels! There were only four bagel options available and one or two cream cheese spreads. The bagels were also just not good. The name of this establishment is misleading - it's more of a coffee shop.

I never ever leave yelp reviews because frankly I work in the industry, and dread them myself. However, I'm a regular here and have been since they first opened this place and I was shocked at my experience today. I take classes up at the community college, so ordered a couple bagel sandwiches and coffees for myself and my boyfriend. I ordered these 30 minutes before we even left the house to head to class. We got to the bagel place ready to pick up our order and head to (be on time) for class, and we get there and she hadn't even started making our order; not only that, she made another lady's order before even starting ours. She simply says "give me 10 minutes" 15 minutes later we finally got our items, and 3/4 items we had ordered were incorrect. We were in such a hurry we had no time to wait for her to fix it. Ended up being almost 30 minutes late to class, since I already paid and wasn't going to leave my order. I was pretty shocked since i've been coming here and ordering in person/online for a while now. Never had this issue before. I've never seen this woman that was working so maybe she's new, but regardless how do you not even begin making an order you received over 30 minutes ago?!

Love it, best option for making kiddos happy when solo parenting. Fresh bagels, fast service!

Ill keep it short. Coffee was shockingly nasty. Barista was very sweet though (she's the reason it isnt a one star).

Bagel sandwich was really dry, and was lacking in flavor. Coffee was lukewarm.

I love this addition to the neighborhood. Great food, great price, friendly people. I personally like the breakfast burrito, which is only $6 ... that's almost unheard of in the Bay Area now. And it's made fresh!

Lesson learned: try one bagel before buying a dozen - especially if bringing to a gathering. I paid a lot of money too. Even for California the bagels here are pedestrian. Save your money & effort and buy frozen supermarket bagels.

It's a tough call. I really wanted to really really like this place. It's a great idea in a convenient location. And they've really made the outside cute with three tables so there's a good seating area. The prices also seemed reasonable and the staff seems really friendly. Here's my issue: the cinnamon raisin bagel, while having a nice chew, didn't really have any flavor. Frankly, I couldn't taste either the cinnamon or the raisins. additionally, their hours are only 8 AM to 3 PM. This means that it's inconvenient to stop by (actually not possible) either before or after work. They also have a rewards program that you can add to your Apple wallet if you like. If I could give 3 1/2 stars, I would. But since we can only give whole star ratings. I'm going to have to go with three.
