Cannot recommend the pandan waffle enough! So good!
We went in 5 minutes before closing and were still served.
In a lovely part of San Mateo where you can just walk around and chill.

Delicious drinks and authentic Vietnamese che. The store itself is cute decorated with blue themed balloons. The service was quick and great. We had one Bambu favorite and one Avo-Coffee.
The reason I gave 4 ⭐️ is because of their closing time. They close at 7pm everyday, even on weekends. God forbids we can never make it to the store before 7pm after a night out dinner. This was a visit during the day, after 1pm.
Being a dessert store, I thought it was weird to close at 7pm because people usually visited a dessert store after dinner, which ideally and usually between 7:30pm to 9pm at the latest. In that matter, I think Meet Fresh and Sweet Moment and Tong Sui was better. They know when their peak hours are and adjust accordingly.
Kid-friendliness: Che & non caffeinated drinks are suitable for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are always open. Wheelchair tables.

People are nice and quick
Said open on Monday but not
Delicious drinks with lots of toppings.
Great options
Tired of boba, but want chewies? Try Coconut milk and bits. It feels pretty healthy, fruit and seeds and jellies, but there's boba ice cream and other more decadent stuff to choose from.Service is fast and goodThe red bean is literally a whole bean. Mung beans are a yellow mashI don't like their taro, it's a weird smooth lavender paste that seems really processed

I really wanted to like this place because it's so fast and cheap, but the 0% sugar felt like 100% ? they tried to say that "the tea itself has sugar in it".

We had the Bambu Halo Halo to share. It had the requisite ingredients, including beans, flan, crushed ice and Ube ice cream. The coconut milk could have been thicker and creamier (less water/ice) to netter approximate a true halo halo mouthfeel; otherwise, it was a close to perfect Sunday afternoon treat.
Watery coconut water, not enough toppings. Service was not that great.
coconut water here tastes just like water
Disappointed with this place. No boba available on weekends.
Randomly closes at 2pm on a Wednesday. I saw people in the back, but even when I knocked on the door totally ignore me. Door is closed and lights are off. Don’t advertise you’re open if you aren’t going to honor your hours!
