This place doesn’t take anything over $20 bill for payment. So when you’re buying ice cream that is so much money for a family of 5 and spending $40, make sure you don’t try to pay with a $50 bill. This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Will never come back to this place.

I placed an order online for the Mario Cart birthday ice cream cake and the following morning the location owner called and notified me that they don’t have the little Mario Cart figurines and before calling me, he called 2 other BR franchises and they didn’t have the figurines either. But we didn’t give up and he had other ideas about who he can call to ask if they have them. He called all the way across the Bay. Ultimately he was able to find us the figurines and made everything so perfect! Thank you for your efforts! I really appreciate it and it made the birthday boy very very happy!

Last night went to get some ice cream, the lemon sorbet had a small fly?. Luckily I didn’t want that flavor but settled on lemon custard instead. Still… eww

09/26/22. Gmaps says closed at 10. Got there at 9:25, lights on, door unlocked, and staff (two girls) yelled out they were closed. I just wanted a shake :(

only ONE staff during day...pretty unsafe for staff ....alone! I mean...shouldn't there be at minimum two personnel per shift, safety?
