I love these desserts! I usually get there too late to try their seasonal choice, but any choice you make her is great. The workers are friendly and very helpful! I will continue to come here.

Our family loves Beard Papa! However, I got a bunch of minis for a birthday party and they were terrible - almost no filling in them (filling was just the size of a pea) and the outer shell was hard. Huge disappointment!!! Did not taste good at all. And for the amount of money I paid for these - so not worth it! I don't know if the lady that filled these puffs is a new employee that doesn't know what she's doing (I've never seen her at this location before) and maybe she needs more training on how to fill the puffs. Or if Beard Papa got a mandate all across their stores to cut back on filling. But whatever the problem is, they need to fix it!

Everything very good, the staff very good. Two things I don't like.1, There are no indicators of the products that are in each department and you have to walk around looking for everything and sometimes they move it around2. The cafeteria tables are always dirty and it is unpleasant to sit at them to eat

Food is solid, but place is cramped and it gets really hot inside while you wait or when you're eating your cream puff.

If you're craving a cream puff this place is the spot. I love mine either frozen or refrigerated. So didn't eat them right away. They are also reasonably sized. I got the ube coated one with match filling and then regular with vanilla filling. Both were delicious! Park in the lot right before and walk over. Lots of restaurants to go to beforehand for a meal or catch a movie across the street.

I've been to the Beard Papa's in Cupertino multiple times growing up, but it was my first time getting anything from this location. I got to have one of the plain/classic cream puffs since a friend's family bought a whole box full to share with us. The cream puff was alright; it certainly tastes fresh and soft, and the custard inside is sweet. However, I always find the bread part of the cream puff is just very plain. I really wish it had more flavor to it as it just tastes a little too bland. I feel like the flavored cream puffs are only partially able to offset the plainness of the bread due to there being additional flavors for the filling. But take my review with a grain of salt, as this doesn't necessarily mean that Beard Papa's doesn't have decent cream puffs, it just might mean cream puffs are not to my taste in general due to the plainness of the pastry part.

Yummy light dessert. Puff pastry with your choice of crème filling. Great place to go to after a meal.

I love beard papas! I recommend the cookie crust on their plain vanilla cream puff. Creamy, sweet, and crunchy! Service is nice and fast. Cozy, spacious ambiance.

It is such weaker than it could be. Dark, no holiday atmosphere, workers don't look too happy. And the prices are significant, 3.5 per each. For me, Beard Papa's is the best eclairs, and I am used to having it in a brighter way in Europe.Sorry for the purely emotional review

First time coming here and we got a few different types that were all really good! The location was clean and the staff were super friendly even though it was close to closing time. Excited to go again!

We knew about Beard Papa’s since we lived in Singapore before. So glad to find it here.Best cream puffs I’ve had. They keep the recipe of their original puffs. Still as tasty as ever.Even though it’s a small shop, I can smell the cream and fresh baked pastries from a far.Parking: Plenty of parking lots on the street and the nearby garage. Only free after 6pm on weekdays and on Sunday.Kid-friendliness: Kids love sweet treats.

The employees do not know how to handle food. The employee who served me took out their phone after digging in their pocket and proceeded to put it on a prep surface. After using their phone they did not switch out their gloves. Then they began to serve me all of my desserts with soiled gloves. I tried the creme brulee, and they burnt the sugar on top.

I've been a big fan of Beard Papa's for over 10 years, but this is my 1st review. I placed an order for 2 dozen cream puffs pick up at a specific time on Christmas Day. Admittedly I was running a little late to pick up my order. Surprisingly they were too and they actually called me to let me know they were running behind and my order wasn't quite ready for pick up. It would be another 20 minutes. They didn't have to call, but I appreciated the advance notice and when I finally got there, 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, it was ready to go. Nonetheless, of all the desserts at the family dinner, the cream puffs were gobbled up before any of the other desserts. Consistently delicious!! Still reasonably priced--hasn't gone up very much since I first started buying them...over the past 10 years, it's gone up about $0.75--for the price, I still think it's worth it. (a slice of cake at some bakeries are over $7).
