Met the owner, very polite and kind staff, wonderful atmosphere, and cozy environment. Pizza was 10/10, 53.45$ for a Jumbo, little bit pricey, but you can't beat the flavors!
Amazing ❤️
Pizza dough is so amazing I love it one of the best pizzas in San Mateo please come by enjoy it
They have a great pizza recipe (especially the chewy, herby crust) but it's overpriced and service is slow. Every time I've been here in person the staff didn't seem to have their act together.
They have an extensive vegan menu with lots of local ingredients. Price is a bit high but it fits the bill for a junk food dinner.
Great service and quality. Clean restaurant too
Great place for Pizza, Sandwiches, and chicken wings!
Exceptionally clean place for a fast food joint. Tons of pizza toppings to choose from.
Late Preorder!!! I'm writing this review at 11:16a while I watch them make 3 pizzas that were to be ready at 11:15a for my son's birthday party that started at 11:00a. I put this order in 2 days ago. There weren't any other orders being produced while I watched. There's no excuse for this lack of customer service. Thank you for making me late to my own son's party!
Follow-up to my review:
The owner reached out to me immediately to apologize and to offer a gift card to apologize. I was happy to hear that the employee responsible was counseled on the situation. I will certainly use the giftcard; the pizza is delicious!!!
Awesome quick pizza. Vegan options are plentiful!

They have a separate vegan menu. Food is amazingly fresh. Def going back!
Very good pizzas, very well attended by the guys and they advised us well on size and flavors.

As a Chicagoan on the hunt for good pizza, this spot showed promise but had some hits and misses. The onion rings were a solid start—crispy and decent, but lacking a punch in flavor that would elevate them from ordinary to memorable. The vegan cheese garlic bread, on the other hand, was a letdown. It had a strange, overpowering flavor, almost like a peppery bite that clashed with the under-melted cheese, making it an overall unpleasant experience.
However, the pizza is where things turned around. Despite the watery tomato sauce that made each slice a bit messy to handle, the toppings were delicious and well-balanced. Juicy, flavorful, and with cheese that melted perfectly—this is where the restaurant shines. If you're ordering for two, a medium pizza is just right. While there were flaws, the pizza itself was definitely the saving grace of the meal.

M y family was in town cleaning my mother in laws house in San Mateo. My son found this place and the food was amazing. We got a large cheese and pepperoni pizza and it was more than enough for 8 of us!! And very good. We will definitely order only from Bizza in the future. The owner and staff were very nice and the place was spotless and so cute inside.

It's just okay. The margherita is good and the slices are huge but I don't think I would come back.
Order ahead so you can just pick up and go or you might wait a while.
