My go-to at Blue Whale is a small poke bowl with rice, salmon, and edamame, with a miso soup on occasion. Both are quite overpriced for what you get. The meat-rice ratio of the poke bowl is unsatisfying, and there’s already not a lot in the bowl to begin with. The food itself tastes fine, however. I imagine other orders of poke are similar. Overall, the food is good but the portions are not worth the price, so 3/5.

Do not get the loco moco it is $17 and it took them 20 minutes and there is nothing except rice and a hamburger patty with a sad amount of “gravy” if you hate having money and love grey hamburger soggy rice and pouched egg come here

The menu was updated to include more Korean options, but overall, the quality of the food is still mid. Not bad, but not worth the price. The fish tastes like any other poke fish and really leans on the sauces to be halfway decent. Korean options are not much better. Service was fine, totally depends on who's working, but no worse than any other spot in the food court. Its main benefit is probably being the healthiest option in the food court.

My first time trying this place and the poke bowl tasted yummy until I got food poisoning a few hours after eating it. Don’t trust their raw fish.

The sashimi toppings (tuna and salmon) atop the poke bowl is not as fresh as some other poke bowl places I've tried. Service was friendly.

this is my first and last time here.

service: one of the lady’s at the counter has a horrible attitude. I didn’t hear her at first and asked her to repeat and she gave me an attitude. nearing the end of my transaction, the lady before me asked for a bottle opener and she completely ignored her.

food: very mediocre for what they charge. $2 extra for seaweed salad is crazy. on top of that, their chef’s sauce which is supposed to be ponzu and sesame oil tastes like straight up soy sauce. it was so salty I struggled to finish my meal.

This restaurant was a complete disappointment. The service was incredibly rude - when we asked for food recommendations or clarifications, the staff member simply told us to "read the menu." We should have left then, but hunger and exhaustion won over.

We ordered two bibimbap bowls, and the wait time was absurdly long. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and utterly flavorless. We couldn't even finish our meals and ended up leaving most of it on the table.

Save your money and go elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or your appetite.

I take online classes and I've asked my college if I can get some sort of ID so I can get college discounts at places that accept it, but they discontinued school ID's and informed me I could show my online student account for those discounts. This Poke place did not care because they said they need a physical card. I'm not a local, but I'm not stopping by this poke place if I am nearby. It was decent but not the best I've had. Maybe my thoughts would change in the future if I feel like giving them a second chance (if they are still in business by the time I visit again).
