This was our first time here, and walking inside gave a pretty warm inviting feeling for a Wednesday morning.   Simply decorated and well lit.   It was pretty busy as well.  I was greeted right away, and my order was taken promptly.  Both people who helped me were super nice and made sure my order was complete. We ordered:1.  Corned beef hash and eggs -   Tasty and couldn't get enough.  The red peppers and seasoning went well with the crunchy hashbrowns and over easy egg2.  Meatlovers breakfast sandwich -  It's a good hearty sandwich with a lot of flavors.   Something you can eat on the go,  but why rush perfection?3.  Chicken and waffles -  The waffles were light and had crunchy edges.  To me, it didn't need syrup or butter.   I could easily polish it off in one sitting.   I'm the type that doesn't eat chicken and waffles stacked together.  I eat it separately.  The chicken was crunchy and juicy.   I loved that it came with gravy,  I wish I had asked for more. It was a perfect combo.3.  Brioche toast - Cinnamony and sweet.   Not your regular french toast, but it was good.   It's not super eggy,  like you can taste the bread and the seasoning.Overall,  we were happy with our visit and will be back soon.   Highly recommend this to people who are looking for classic American Breakfast with a light twist.

Very expensive. Portions would still be big if they offered just half. Tried several things and it’s OK at best. The acoustics are awful. After 4 tries with hubby will not come back.

1st time here. Service was rude. Constantly interrupting conversation, when we had no needs, half full coffee, etc. Food was okay, not a relaxing breakfast at all. Will not be

Began going to Brothers Cafe from the time they opened and they were 5* amazing! Our whole family loved them and we were thrilled to have found our new local place. I loved their Belgian Waffle (crispy) with Chocolate Whipped Cream and sweet sliced strawberries on top. Another favorite was the Ligonberry Pancakes which were so light and fluffy. I had never had Ligonberry before but it was delicious. Their BLTA with fries and salad another amazing selection...just a great place to eat or pick up take out on those days when we were too tired to cook. Everything was always consistent and made to perfection. Then one day it just stopped, as is so often the problem with new places. They start out with a bang and then when everyone is singing their praises and spreading the news, pulling in new business for them, they get sloppy, fall apart and the quality of food just goes downhill. I wish this hadn't happened here. I love having a great place so close to home and I never just give up on a place after just a failure or two. We have still tried repeatedly going back time and time again, not wanting it to be true...but after tossing out meal after meal due to mistakes and inconsistencies, I have finally given up. My Belgian Waffle has show up soggy with plain whip and unmelted chocolate chips tossed in the division of the 4 waffles with blueberries tossed on top. This was a call in order (no one called back to see if this was an acceptable replacement order) which it was not, I would have ordered something else. This wasn't the 1st time they just replaced something with whatever they chose, this had happened before (unfortunately I suffer from many allergies, so not a safe practice-at least not for me). With the Ligonberry Pancakes you get 3 pancakes nicely folded into triangles and this little dab of ligonberry which doesn't go far for 3 full size pancakes, so I always ask for extra on my to go order. They either don't included it or give you such a tiny amount that you just don't have enough, not for them to be called Ligonberry pancakes. I always ask them to keep the syrup as I don't use it. If they don't add the extra you end up with 1 Ligonberry Pancake and 2 dry plain pancakes (sad). I think this review is long enough but when you ask for a simple addition for something that is already part of an order or just for them to follow the regular order, it should be easy for them to follow. I'm so sorry to say this is no longer the case at Brothers and so sad to have to find a new regular place to frequent once again! Consistency is so important in menu items and at any restaurant.

Went for Breakfast Food - 4/5. The meat lovers sandwich, while having decent ingredients, had a very dry texture. Bacon was crispy and the ham scramble was on the drier side. Bread was toasted plainly, which added to the dry nature of the entire sandwich. The cheese added some softness, but textural wise, it could've used some variety. Hash browns were browned well with a nice bite. Service - 4/5. You order from the counter first than they bring out the food. Quick and friendly. Value - 3/5. Breakfast sandwiches come with a good amount of filling and hash brown sides. Price is on the expensive side for what they are, being $16.50 for most. Parking - Mall Lot (Free)

First time trying this "diner" type restaurant today for breakfast. You order first then get a table. LOVED the menu choices. I got the biscuits and gravy which came with eggs and hash browns. It was great but the cup of coffee was excellent! Staff were friendly. I will come back again to try some other items.

We had brunch here last weekend. Omelette was great! Pancakes were great! Definitely a good place to go for brunch on weekends right before hitting the beaches over half moon bay! Gonna be back again!

Was trying this place for the first time for a Saturday brunch. I was shocked how PACKED this place was. And the line was extended outside of the door. And they were so busy. It's not a fancy setup but warm and homy. A huge selection of American comfort food. There is a gigantic menu board across the whole front wall you can easily order from there. I'd say this place is nothing special but really honest comfort food to serve the community nearby. Almost feels like your own kitchen. They say everything is locally sourced. I like that. They do have a little twist of their own creativity. My Santorini (I never head of it before) had a beautiful over-easy egg (you have options here) sprinkled with fresh crumbled feta. Which was actually delicious. He ordered the "Homerun" and said it's great. Even though I try to avoid carbs their hash brown was perfectly crispy I actually enjoyed it. All the bread came out perfectly grilled. Love that. They do have a few decent tables for outdoor seating if you bring your dog. Just keep it in mind it's in the middle of a plaza and a big parking lot in the front. Not too much of a view. It'd be a great easy neighborhood breakfast place.
