"Chicken Strips and Dips" is a ghost kitchen at the San Mateo Food Mall. Their menu offers Chicken Tenders meals, sandwiches, salads, fries and drinks. I don't usually order chicken strip meals. But I thought 5 Chicken Tenders, 2 dips, and Tater Tots for $11.99 was worth a try. I ordered thru Doordash for a pickup, and it was ready in about 10-mins. I went inside the San Mateo Food mall, checked-in, and the friendly staff handed me my order. How was the food? 5-medium sized chicken strips, 2 dips, 1 coleslaw, and some tater tots. The chicken was moist and easy to eat. Just the right size for dipping. The coleslaw didn't have much flavor. Overall, maybe 3.5-4.0
