I have eaten at this restaurant for years since 1995. I worked close by so I would go for their lunch buffet at least twice a week. I love Indian food. I have tried many Indian restaurants over the years and this is my favorite, top notch! I have tried most items in their menu a la carte as well when I’ve been there for dinner. Yesterday I visited again since I moved out of the Bay Area and their bengan bharta continues to be my very favorite of all restaurants I’ve tried over the years. The ambiance is great, the music fabulous and the owners are very friendly and helpful. They had another location in Livermore which sadly was closed. It was equally good!

The food is amazing here, but I can only speak for a la carte (not buffet). I have been coming here for years for dinner and takeout and they have the best curries and bengan bhartha. Whole spices, some juicy lamb and chicken; delish!

The lunchtime buffet was good. There was a nice variety of offerings, which would satisfy meat eaters as well as vegetarians. Someone brought to our table freshly prepared naan. We will definitely come back to this restaurant.

Malai Kofta(2/5): the koftas are extremely dense and hard to eat. Paneer Makhni(4/5): Ok flavor. Large portion.
The gravy is the same across the different entrees but the portion sizes are good

The buffet food was fresh lot of vegetarian options except for the BBQ tandori chicken it smelled odd. The owner tries his best to give good service but his expressions feel forced . The place is clean and spacious.

The price is a bit too competitive for the food but given the area and quality of food it is worth it i think. This is the only place open until 11 PM and I think that alone deserves 5.0 star !!!

This was a such good place turned into bad their chicken tikka masala was really good, but they keep changing their standards recently got the order again from them, but they raise their prices badly, And food doesn’t even taste the same anymore Will not order again or my friends.
