The burger and fries I ordered were actually quite good. Tasted fresh and the fries were crispy. It was a Wednesday evening, so it was pretty slow. Given that, the service kind of disappeared after I got my food. I had to basically beg someone to get my check so I could pay and leave. Convenient to the hotel I was staying at, so that was nice.

My understanding of a 24hr service it’s: if I walk in at 2 Am and I will like to place a Togo order I will receive the same service that if I walk in at 11:30AMThe cashier told me that she can’t take the order because the cook it’s on brake so I responded it’s ok I can wait not a problem , her respond was: I’m not a cook do you want to wait an hour? So I ask is he taking an hour brake? She said yes!I was forced to place and online order to the Redwood City store! 6 miles south…..Really bad experience at San Mateo store!
