I had a cinnamon twist donut and it was absolutely the best one I've ever had. The dough is fluffy and soft and is not greasy, with just the right amount of cinnamon. Soooo good. The people who helped me were both very friendly.

Favorite spot to get a bagel and coffee in San Mateo.

The Apple Fritter is amazing. She threw in a bag of free donut holes.

Very sweet employees (owners) On my run around San Mateo I decided to stop and get a: - sugar donut: super soft and fluffy! The store was filled with people in the morning (11am?) but there were plenty of seating and pastries to choose from!

Seemed all right as the various donuts we bought were all fresh and tasted fine. Astonishingly they were a little cheaper than the ones we usually purchase in SF. However, I noticed that when another customer had asked for a cup of ice the Asian lady (owner?) said it would cost $.50. The customer had purchased some iced tea so I don't see why she could not part with a cup of ice and had to charge for it.

The food sucks and the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE !!!!

The lady was RUDEEEEEEEE !!!! The donut sucks !!!! The place looks dirty and she had a very cocky attitude. Also, if you are planning to claim your lottery reward here, she always says she has no damn money. You can only buy lottery from her !!! You should close your store or I'll report to lottery California !!!

Stopped for a quick donut and got the apple fritter, which was absolutely delicious. Crispy on the edges, soft on the inside.

They have 2 lottery machines! Inside it's hot like a swamp and there's no AC. Walls devoid of decor or just like someone gave up and put a fridge in the corner. Smells of a strong stench inside like cleaning Chemicals. Between the, blistering heat and chemical fumes you're sure to hit the jackpot - and get a donut - maybe?

Best donuts in bay area. The casher/boss is also very friendly and generous!

V good donuts.... BUT the amount charged doesn't match their sign menu and changes depending on who waits on you. Today I was charged over $19 for 6 donuts, none were filled or fancy.. ... . Last week they were about $12.... I'm very disappointed as they are nice people

Always has a good selection of donuts even later in the afternoon, coffee is hot and service is friendly

Other reviewers are spot on.Their coffee is pathetic and don't ask if the coffee is fresh or which one was just brewed or really amy customer service question of any kind.I made the mistake of asking for milk. If you don't want to give milk without an attitude..here is an idea....don't have coffee pots and charge for coffee.Stale, bland tasting donuts.Rude customer service. I am in a service position amd I would have no customers if this was my business model. I am running and hiding from this place.

The women are rude. I purchased a lotto ticket there and I wasn't buying any of there donuts the older lady wouldn't cash it in. That was a while ago but I refuse to go back. I didn't like there donuts anyways.
