I really enjoyed the skewers here! I got a few things, including the Beef Skewers, the Beef and Tendon Skewers, the Quail Egg, the Fish, the shrimp Skewers, and the enoki mushroom Skewers. Of all of those, I liked the Beef Skewers the most. They were decently juicy, and the spices worked very well for it. The shrimp skewer was all right, as was the fish. Everything else was pretty good. Overall, happy to visit here again, and try more of their stuff!

highly recommend! note there's not a huge amount of variety in flavour since the majority of the meat comes coated in the same spice mix, but that doesn't matter much as it's addictive anyway :) decor looks great, service is a bit frantic but friendly and efficient. expect a 5-30 min wait depending on party size. the beef and lamb skewers were the best, also highly recommend the rice cakes - and aubergine if you like garlic. great spot to visit for a birthday!

Dynasty BBQ is fantastic. One of my favorite restaurants in San Mateo, and the bay area in general. Tasty food, easy ordering, quick service and nice, relaxing music. Parking can be a bit rough sometimes, unfortunately, as there is only street parking available.

This was our first time, and I was disappointed with the service. The staff was impolite and just rude. We told them it was our first time and the lady just pointed to the barcode and kept walking. Food: cucumber salad was delicious. The lamb, beef and chicken were delicious. The water tasted like soap. Please, don’t order the corn, it was old and dry.
