It's a fueling station for equinox gym members.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and they make amazing smoothies. I’m never disappointed!

This place is a waste of space. It’s rarely open. And when it is open, it’s unclear if a person will show up to make smoothies. Today I stopped by for a smoothie at 2:50pm. I was informed that a worker was supposed to show up at 2pm but didn’t. Ridiculous.

Even when this place should be open based on their own posted hours, there is no one behind the counter, all the menu screens are off, and everything is locked up. I go to the gym at the same location and EarthBar is just never open. It’s a shame because I would go and order things if it was. The smoothies are good when you can get them.

I ordered a smoothie on Uber Eats today, and I arrived to pick it up a few minutes early. There was no one behind the counter making anything. I waited about 12 minutes before leaving. I cancelled my order but I wasn't able to get a refund bc it had been "accepted and made". There was no one here!!I bought a different smoothie earlier in the week and apparently there was an employee here but they were sitting at a table on a laptop and their phone, so they didn't notice or acknowledge me until I had been standing and waiting for a while. My smoothie was ready and waiting though, to be fair.If you work here, please wear clothing that clearly identifies you as an employee and stay behind the counter so that, if someone is actually working, people who are picking up food know who to talk to.

6.75 before tax for 2 hard-boiled eggs. That's about all you need to know about this place. Techie transplants might be willing to pay those prices but otherwise, what a joke.

Normally, my fiancé and I go to Earthbar at Equinox and get smoothies after a workout, and the girl who works on the weekends does an excellent job. The smoothies usually taste really good... BUT NOT TODAY. We ordered our usual Flax Master and the guy working there forgot half the ingredients. The smoothie literally tasted like berries and milk FOR $12 DOLLARS EACH. Someone needs to teach this kid to make smoothies, or at least follow directions. I mean for goodness sake the ingredients are written on the wall.
