The tacos are really good. Undoubtedly, the best in the area. Quesadillas are good, but I still prefer Lilo's Kitchen or Suavecito Birria.

I just had the birria taco an I have to say it's a 2/10 for me the dipping sauce taste like y'all just made it 10mins before I came, no real flavor to it, it just tastes like beef broth, an the meat as will no flavor to it very Bland.

The only thing I could say is good tacos with affordable price. The owner made everything alone, so service might be slow if there are many people. There’s a couple of people before us so we had to wait. It was fine since we would chitchat while waiting.Fresh tacos, handmade tortillas. The flavor was a little light. After squeezing the lemon juice in one, all I could taste was the sourness, so I left the other tacos without lemon.Also, cash only food truck, so be sure to carry cash with you when ordering here.Parking: It’s a street food truck, so you have to find a parking lot yourself.

Wanted to try a new spot for my quesabirria taco craving and Edi's did not disappoint!Super flavorful - good portion size-I wish they were a teeny bit crispier but that's just my preference- I would come back for sure !Bring cash as it's cash only.

Tried a quesabirria taco today and really enjoyed it. The Birria was good but the fresh hand made tortilla was the star. Also enjoyed the tangy pickled red onion and tomatillo salsa that came with it. Will def come back!
