Hidden gem on El Camino! I stopped by S El Camino Taqueria on a whim and was shocked the place was empty—this spot deserves way more traffic.

I had the carne asada burrito and every single bite was on point. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly grilled—no weird chewy pieces or filler, just quality carne asada. The ingredients tasted super fresh and well-balanced, like they actually care about what they’re serving.

Bonus points for the salsa bar—especially the avocado salsa verde. Creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and absolutely addictive. I could’ve put that on everything.

Will definitely be back. This place is seriously underrated.

I had a taco and a burrito. Both were delicious. For me it was the best I've had so far. But I'm visiting from London and we don't get good authentic Mexican there. So I was pretty blown away by the food here.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. I have tried the Regular Burrito, Super Burrito, Taco plate, Breakfast Burrito, Quesadillas, and the Fajita Platter. All of the above are delicious, fresh, flavorful, and impeccable. The chips and salsa bar are wonderful and 1st rate. The staff is kind, considerate, and efficient. I am thankful this location is nearby and it is a pleasure and a privilege to have this Taqueria as a frequent lunch spot

Wow, this little place is a 10 of the rice the meat the tacos they are wow super flavored and really good taste love Mexican food special when is well made.

Recommended dishes: Quesadilla

I have tried it twice. Had a chicken meal once and a beef meal the next time.
Both very very bland.
The salsa bar has a great variety and is very clean. The staff was very nice, to go food presentation was nice.
I am never one to throw food away, but I couldn't finish. Too bland.

I’d like to give it a higher rating, but it’s just okay. The service is lovely and the people working there are super nice. And a bonus point for the cleanest salsa bar I’ve ever seen at a taqueria. But the burrito was kinda bland, the rice was soggy, and the meat was pre cooked it looked like. And also, $13+ tax for a “regular” burrito is a bit steep for not even being in a city center. At least the chips were free.

Beans and rice and chorizo with pick and onions is killer here! I’m Mexican and this is authentic!

My husband went there yesterday for the first time and ordered steak with shrimps. He was throwing up all night. Probably food poisoning and heading to the doctor later. Be aware!
