This is a great little family owned place that serves authentic Beijing good. However, I just noticed that it's permanently closed, maybe due to COVID19. Pretty sad. Best luck to the owners family!
This place will scratch your itch for beef noodle soup, dumplings, and vegetables made in garlic. Reasonable prices, solid service, and usually no line. Order the fish dumplings. Trust me. And gotta love the achoy.
4 stars for the food and the fact that we could do a ~$20 meal for two which is extremely rare in the Bay Area. We tried three items from their Beijing specials. Definitely try the super hot orange dipping sauce on the tables! Service wasn't super attentive but pleasant and courteous when we received it.
