it took more than 40 minutes to bring the food to your table and it was cold the cook does not wear gloves and was using the phone and cooking all the time I do not recommend bad services

Food was overpriced. Music very loud. Restaurant is not fancy for the high price items. Seats are very uncomfortable. Restaurant setting and layout not nice. Band was supposed to start at 9pm and we left at 9:30pm and the singers were in the bathroom. Definitely, not a good experience. I will not return

I'm not sure If this is a recurring event. But the Saturday we went to, they were having a party at 9pm. We went there for a 6:45pm reservation. There were only 2-3 groups of diners there, including us. They tested the music for the later event so loud. The promoter came to tell us about the 9pm party. But that will happen in 2 hours from when we were dining. We had to tell them to lower the music. Which was still loud after lowering. And hard to carry a conversation. We couldn't leave quickly enough. The seatings and ambiance were so different from the pictures posted on Opentable. Very misleading.

En la website aparece que hay buffet! No dice nada de días seleccionados! Maneje como 2 hrs y cuando llegue para empezar la mesera se veía q no quería atender toda de mala gana, y por otro lado no es buffet como aparece en las fotos, es solo comida limitada, osea casi nada de variedad! Nunca mas vuelvo a ir para alla.

Llame un montón de veces para ordenar y no contestaban pensé q estaba ocupado y llegue a ordenar al lugar y solo tenían 2 clientes acabo de abrir mi comida 2 ceviches q tenía la papa totalmente cruda con ajíes partidos por la mitad totalmente desagradable sin sabor y crudo , pedí una parrillada y lo mismo las papas crudas la langosta gelatinosa y cruda el calamar estaba tan duro q no se pudo comer ni uno pagamos más de 100 $ por 4 platos y solo pudimos comer el pollo a la brasa acabo de llamar al lugar y nadie contesta solo timbra y timbra q desagradable pensé q habían cambiado su servicio pero sigue siendo horrible antes se cobraron solos la propina y no reclame sabiendo q no tienen un buen servicio . Pero ahora ya esto sobre pasa los límites .

If I could give no star, I would. There's always something going on with this place. You call, they never pick up. If they do, music is on so loud and they have an attitude. Online it shows that they open at "11:30am" but their hours on their door says "12pm". I arrived today at 11:40am and decided to walk around while they opened. Came back at 12:15, lights were still on but nobody seemed to be inside. I gave the place a call to see if they'd open soon or if I had to wait a little longer, but no one answered. I'm very disappointed with them.

Used to be good. They are always missing items from the menu, and the food doesnt taste fresh. The chicken was dry and so were the yucca fries. Worst of all before i was done eating a roach was crawling up a wall near me. Servers are not wearing masks. Roach picture below.

They have a landline for no reason. Their answer rate when calling is like 10%. Their best dish is their chicken, primarily their sauce.
Very good nice place nice people haven't eaten there but for take out. It was good did take a while but it was very good

I love the food in the afternoon Great Lomo Saltado, the service is really attentive plus there is a lot of space :) I recommend this place

Don’t sit outside. Not much attention is paid to its cleanliness and it’s so close to the toilet.Disclaimer - This was my first time trying Peruvian food, so I have no frame of reference but The Leche De Tigre was good. Would have loved it slightly less tangy but that’s just my preference.The Chicha was great! That I really enjoyed, so drink away.

I tried calling them multiple times phone kept ringing till I went to voicemail when they finally answered the phone the music was so loud I couldn't hear what the waitress was saying and vice versa. I tried explaining what I wanted to order the waitress kept telling me she could not hear me she ended up hanging up the phone on me without taking my order hands-down one of the worst experience I've ever had. Maybe putting the phone in a different area where it's not so loud would fix that.
