Upscale Vietnamese restaurant with most of their popular dishes starting at $30+, including their pho. Generally slightly larger than normal serving sizes, but their tableware makes it look much bigger.
While they do use a good broth, I wouldn't say that their pho is legendary or life-changing, although I haven't had their $120 phozilla.
The waiter also recommended the 3-Way, a beef dish over garlic noodles. The beef felt oversalted...

So Gao Viet, bought the PhoZilla which was around 130 bucks. It taste great the noodles were a little on the bigger side possibly to compliment the huge lobster, beef rib and bone marrow that came with it. Pho itself was definitely flavorful. Would recommend if you like meat heavy pho and a great bone broth.

That said, it was still a good meal. We were here to celebrate, and everyone enjoyed it.
